🇺🇸🦌BIG WIN for Bucks County PA against the corrupt Bucks County BCRC.
We won an appeal to go back to the court of common pleas.

When we win overall the court could order the BCRC to adopt new bylaws. This is how we stop the corrupted from staying in power and give the power to the duly elected committee people. Simply, we get America first candidates endorsed NOT RINO’s

@BucksRight have been fighting the corruption and filed a lawsuit against the BCRC. 50 members from RFB has signed up for the lawsuite.

After a couple of years of fighting PA Court we finally won to kick it back to the commonwealth court of pleas.
The Commonwealth Court’s decision addresses a dispute over the Bucks County Republican Committee’s (BCRC) June 2022 leadership election, where proxy and roll-call voting were used. A group of committeepersons challenged the election, alleging these methods violated the BCRC’s bylaws and Pennsylvania’s nonprofit laws. Now let’s talk about Mohn vs Bucks county Republican committee

The corrupted Pa GOP endorsed Joe Pizzo for judge of the common pleas for the May 20th 2025 primaries. Joe Pizzo is one of the plaintiffs on this lawsuit. Of course the swamp endorsed him.
Sadly he won the primary bc their corruption despite the efforts of grassroots trying to spread the truth on him

Pizzo, an attorney and former officer of the BCRC (specifically, he served as chair of the BCRC Ethics Committee around 2022–2023), is included among the individual defendants alongside other former officers like Joe Cullen and David Breidinger. The claims against him and the other officers stem from their roles in the organization’s governance during the disputed election and related internal disputes, such as handling ethics complaints (e.g., a 2022 complaint filed by Casper against BCRC leadership, addressed to Pizzo) and failing to adhere to bylaws and state statutes. Bucks county GOP corruption 🧵
I was elected as a committeewoman in April 2024 for a two year term in Bucks County Pa
Two swamp creatures filed a complaint against me, Joe Sroka and Amalia Ritter. These two apparently stalked my social media, or they had others do it, and took screenshots of me practicing my constitutional right of freedom of speech.
This week I was voted out by the ethics committee claiming I violated a code of ethics. This is all garbage, the real reason is they are threatened. They don’t like the fact the the ones our grassroot group @BucksRight endorses during the primaries ALWAYS wins at my precinct. In fact traitor Joe text me saying he has found help for me. I told him I don’t need help and asked why. He said my polling place was “poor” due to the “results”
Just because the results aren’t the results they want it’s “poor”. I’m ALWAYS happy with the results at my precinct.
Also, they want to take away my vote at the reorganization meeting and keep their corrupted panel of RINOS so they can continue to endorse people like well known RINO Brian Fitzpatrick.

I am not the only one this has happened to in our grassroots group or the state.
MAGA elected patriots are being attacked and kicked to the side by our party so they can keep their corrupted power

They claim I told voters not to take the sample ballot but that’s not true. I created my own sample ballot and asked voters to please consider voting for grassroot endorsed candidates. I shared the truth that they blurred out other Republican candidates and took the choice away from the people. They also blurred out the names of MAGA patriots running for a committee seat because they are on the lawsuit filed against them.
