During the session Fithian instructed on wearing disguises, altering their appearances, and keeping a change of clothes in their bags to put on a different colored shirt if things "get crazy".

Inspection of online activity of participants in Fithian's Zoom calls revealed heavy involvement in the 2023-2024 pro-Palestine protests across the country.
Many participants on Fithian’s calls were members of left-leaning Jewish non-profits, with their social media accounts showing their active roles in the recent pro-Palestine demonstrations.

Two authors of "The Count" sit on the board of The Real Justice PAC, one is its Political Director.
The Real Justice Pac endorsed and helped elect NY DA Alvin Bragg who brought politically motivated criminal charges against former President Trump.
