After initially pushing the Russians back, Russian forces managed to grab a foothold in the center of Toretsk via its main road. The situation remains highly dynamic with positions changing each hour.

Russian forces have occupied Illinka, geolocated footage shows in which Russians hang their flag on one of the houses in the village. It is also very likely that the area north of Novoselydivka (named Kreminna Balka) is also under Russian control but this needs visual confirmation.
