I've been looking at this concept for awhile. $12 trillion+ reasons that Putin isn't moving off Ukraine. So how about we utilize that territory to create a real diplomatic shift. @JMichaelWaller I know your expertise on Putin would be indispensable in navigating through those waters. I have little trust in him either. But 3rd parties (EU, West NATO,WEF) are impediments to getting out of this too.
