Overnight, Ukraine took down a lot of missiles and drones during a massive Russian attack. More on that later in this thread.
Overnight, Ukraine attacked a military-industrial plant
A HIMARS GMLRS strike was conducted on a Russian infantry gathering in the Zaporizhzia region.

Lets continue with the general events. Trudeau said he stands behind Scholz in his attempt to talk to Putin.
Japan pledged more aid to Ukraine.
US President Biden expressed 'concerns'.
Early this morning, Russia conducted a very big missile and drone strike on Ukraine. Almost 200 Russian missiles/drones flew to Ukraine of which most were taken down, but some managed to inflict serious damage to Thermal Power Plants.
The approximate route of all missiles and drones, mainly aimed for energy infrastructure.
Zelensky commented on the attack.
According to Bloomberg, North Korea may deploy up to 100.000 soldiers to aid Russia in their war against Ukraine.
Breaking news today. According to the NYT, Biden has finally approved long-range strikes with US weapons deep inside Russia.
Reuters also confirmed this story.
Macron stating the obvious.
Scholz defending his call with Putin in an attempt to bring the Russian dictator to senses.
Zelensky commented on the news about the alleged approval of long-range missile strikes by the US.

Kurakhove direction

We mentioned earlier that there were initial signs that Ukrainian forces began to retreat south of Kurakhove, and it looks more and more like that. Only a narrow strip remains under AFU control after footage confirms that Russia advanced at Trudove/Dalnie. Image
