📢 URGENT CALL TO ACTION!

We need to send a CLEAR MESSAGE to the members of the Oversight Committee that the Failure of FEMA leaving American Families Living in Tents and now CPS Removing Their CHILDREN is UNACCEPTABLE!

Hearing is tomorrow morning 11/19!

*SHARE* Tag Your Rep and Senators!

@virginiafoxx @DrPaulGosar @RepAndyBiggsAZ @NancyMace @ByronDonalds @timburchett @laurenboebert @realannapaulina @michaelgwaltz @RepClayHiggins @Jim_Jordan

We need to get temporary housing for these families. FEMA Trailors from Florida, RVs or Tiny Homes.

Red Cross Closed Shelters and Left. FEMA has not used the 800 Bed Facility in Greensboro that was set aside for ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS but was granted use for Helene victims but FEMA has to assign individuals.

It’s sitting empty tonight.

Starting Thursday Night the Nightly Temperatures will be 35 degrees and lower, American Families are still living in Nylon Tents.
Here’s the RVs That Need to Go to NC This Weekend!! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Attention Oversight Committee Members.

Here’s a run down of the NC State Hearing Today. Basically they are still trying to catch up from last year and are $212 Million in Debt.

Their Contractors were shoddy, many “repaired” homes still have issues 270-280 families still waiting from the Last Hurricane last year to have homes built/repaired.

And they wasted tons of emergency shelter funds on Hotels than Long Term Rentals.

Again NC Needs Help!
Take the Money from Ukraine or Lima’s Commuter Train and invest it in The US in the Region Devastated by Helene!

HERE’S NC STATE HEARING WITH FINANCIALS or lack of money ⬇️

🔷UPDATE: SPRINGFIELD OH🔷

SPRINGFIELD OHIO
HAITIAN CRISIS..

On Sept 4th .@repkoehler Former State Rep Kyle Koehler spoke at a Shelby Co Ohio Republicans Meet & Greet and Discussed the issues with Springfield Ohio being overwhelmed by Haitians. .@berniemoreno and .@Jim_Jordan were also in attendance.

Koehler talks about “The Man” who owns the “Staffing Company” and “Owns 65 Rentals” in his speech. (See screen shots QP below)

Let’s meet that man, George Ten.

George Ten is the President of First Diversity Staffing which was listed in the Springfield News Sun article “OUR COMMUNITY: FROM HAITI TO SPRINGFIELD” By Jessica Orozco Dates June 9, 2023 States:

“Many Haitians are employed with Dole Fresh Vegetables Co. in Springfield and working with First Diversity Staffing, Kersh said. She said outreach paralegal Alejandra Espino is focused on helping this community and other immigrants know their rights as workers to avoid being taken advantage of.”Image
Image
In this same article you will see mentioned Kathleen Kerch attorney who has created the “Welcome Dayton Plan”.

Per the website equaljustice[.]org describes:

“The Welcome Dayton Plan, an immigrant-friendly city initiative, identifies a mistrusting relationship between law enforcement and immigrant communities as one of the key barriers to immigrant integration. Katie’s project creates an immigrant-friendly law enforcement model for the Dayton Police Department and surrounding jurisdictions. Katie presents know-your-rights trainings to immigrant communities to raise awareness of legal rights and remedies available to victims of crime, workplace exploitation, and racial profiling; Katie also provides direct legal representation on these issues.”

She’s basically helping the Haitians get status in U.S., file for any benefits they are eligible to receive and appears to be who is “Educating Local Law Enforcement” how to handle these “Migrants”.

Which might explain multiple reports that indicate no legal action is taken to Haitian Migrants in Springfield for no drivers license or insurance etc.

In a Dayton Daily News Article titled:

Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio face complex immigration system and long delays- Immigrants want to work but have to wait By Lynn Hulsey
Oct 8, 2023

Many of the individuals and organizations helping to facilitate this influx are named.

The nonprofit St. Vincent de Paul of Springfield is playing a key role in assisting Haitian immigrants as well.

Catholic Charities of Southwest Ohio also trained interpreters and is working with victims of hate crimes and others eligible for legal services, said CEO Tony Stieritz.

Including Local Springfield City and Clark County officials.

How are these Haitians getting to Springfield Ohio? TPS

“TPS was first approved for Haitians in 2010 after a major earthquake devastated the country and has been redesignated or extended several times. Former President Donald Trump attempted to end it for Haiti but legal challenges stopped that. After President Joe Biden took office in 2021 his administration extended and redesignated TPS for Haiti, which allowed additional Haitians already in the country to become eligible.”

Here’s where it gets real interesting, according to this article the Stats on Haitians in the U.S. and Ohio as of March 31st 2023. States Ohio 6,005 but Sept 2024 the estimate in Springfield alone is 20,000 - 30,000 so we’ve quadrupled number of Haitians in 1 State a little over 1 year??

“There were 610,630 foreign nationals with approved TPS status in the U.S., including 6,005 in Ohio as of March 31, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) data compiled by the U.S. Congressional Research Service.”Image

Migrants, Money and Fraud | NYC

I stumbled across an article indicating that NYC is NOT renewing it’s Contract with DocGo.

Ok, interesting but what really caught my attention was the fact it was a NO BID Contract for $432 Million to a Company that had NO PRIOR experience in anything close to this type of services.

I’m not a journalist or a NY Resident so maybe some of this is known. In my circles I’ve not heard about this. Seeing No Bid $432M? I began to dig around.

It looks as if The City of NY Comptroller, Declined the Bid but Mayor Adams went forward anyways. See below

#NYCNoBidDocGo
Per the Attached NY1 Article shared by the Office of the Comptroller, Brad Lander, there were “concerns” from the start.

“This was, in our opinion, a uniquely problematic contract,” City Comptroller Brad Lander said.

Lander has been one of the biggest critics of the city’s no-bid emergency contract and is currently auditing the company’s contract.

“I’m glad City Hall has come to its senses,” Lander said. “There was just overwhelming evidence that this was a bad contract from the start.”

My Thread 🧵 on Speaker of the House Race (SOTH) today and the past. 1/4

.@ByronDonalds has put his proverbial hat in the race! 🔥
And I support Donalds for the Next Speaker of The House.

My personal opinion, Byron Donalds, represents the emerging Modern Republican Party that encompasses the emphasis on America First Conservatism principles. A party for these times and generations.

Donalds was born in Brooklyn and raised by a single Mother. He understands the challenges of many families today with economic and social struggles.

Donalds has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing NOT a Law Degree and worked in the Public Sector. To me this translates to someone who understands the economy from a business perspective, not a career politician and not looking at issues through only a legal perspective. He was also involved in the Tea Party movement which indicates his desire for smaller government and individual freedom.

Donalds was a member of the Florida House and has a perspective of State Government. Also understanding the role the Federal Government plays in state politics and States vs Federal Rights.

Donalds is in his 2nd Term in The House. This means he’s been there to understand the workings but not so long to have been corrupted by Lobbyists and “Business as usual” the favor game.

Donalds also knows the dirty tricks played in politics as being the target of a scam text saying he dropped out of his race when he did not.
He was also BLOCKED from joining the Congressional Black Caucasus, discriminated not by his color but his political stances.

While in the House his Committee assignments 118th Congress:

Committee on Financial Services:

-Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion
-Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Monetary Policy

Committee on Oversight and
Accountability:

-Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Energy Policy, and Regulatory Affairs
-Subcommittee on Government Operations and Federal Workforce

Caucus memberships:
•Freedom Caucus
•Republican Study Committee

Donalds would bring a Young, Fresh and New perspective to the issues facing the U.S. today. Especially true in Energy Independence, Economy, Cyber Economy/Currencies and the ever growing Cyber Community of Social Media, Disinformation Campaigns and Threats.

Frankly, it’s this Cyber Online presence that many in Leadership of both parties fail to understand. From Section 230, MIssouri v Biden to the constant barrage of Disinformation whether foreign or Domestic thanks to the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act.

Honestly, Donalds is the Leader we need today.

With all that said, it made me beg to ask the Question: Have we ever had a Black - African American SOTH in the past??

The Answer: No

But we have had a Black Speaker of the House pro tempore in 1874.

Joseph Hayne Rainey (June 21, 1832 – August 1, 1887) was an American politician (Republican).

See my next post for the fascinating details!

2/4 🧵

Joseph Hayne Rainey (June 21, 1832 – August 1, 1887) was an American politician (Republican).

He like .@ByronDonalds was a Leader for his time. I’ve created this thread to give a perspective of this trailblazer who accomplished what most would think impossible during his time.

He was the first black person to serve in the United States House of Representatives and the second black person (after Hiram Revels) to serve in the United States Congress.

Which included time as Speaker of the House of Representatives pro tempore in May of 1874.

He joined the executive committee of the state Republican Party. In 1868, he was a delegate to the state constitutional convention.

1870 elected to the South Carolina Senate and became chair of the Finance Committee. Note: Only served a short time due to winning Special Election to 41st US Congress.

1870 on October 19th Rainey won a special election as a Republican to the 41st United States Congress for SC 01. Seated Dec 12th 1870.

Interesting Fact: The vacancy had been created when the House refused to seat Benjamin F. Whittemore, the incumbent. He had been censured by the House for corruption but re-elected.
(Sounds familiar to our current state of politics today)

Rainey was re-elected to Congress, serving a total of four terms, until March 3, 1879.

Rainey established a record of length of service for a black Congressman that was not surpassed until that of William L. Dawson of Chicago in the 1950s.

Rainey supported the Enforcement Acts, to suppress the violent activities of the Ku Klux Klan.

Rainey made three speeches on the floor in support of what was finally passed as the Civil Rights Act of 1875.

In 1873, he said he was not seeking 'social equality' and was content to choose his own circle.

3/4 🧵

With violence against black people increasing in the South, in 1874 Rainey purchased a "summer home" in Windsor, Connecticut and moved his family there for their safety.

In May 1874, Rainey became the first African American to preside over the House of Representatives as Speaker pro tempore.

1878 In the closing hours of Congress, Rainey was one of the few sober members present and acted to pass the $18 million civil service appropriation bill.

To understand the social climate of the times I’ve added a few notes of interest. Remember this was Post Civil War During the Reconstruction of the South.

Beginning in 1874, paramilitary terrorist groups such as the Red Shirts in North and South Carolina and Louisiana had acted openly as the military arm of the Democratic Party to suppress black voting.

July 1876, six black people were murdered in the Hamburg Massacre and, in October, between 25 and 100 were killed by white paramilitary groups in several days of violence in Ellenton, both in contested Aiken County, South Carolina.

1876, Rainey won re-election from the Charleston district against Democratic candidate John Smythe Richardson. Richardson challenged the result as invalid on the grounds of intimidation of Democrats by federal soldiers and black militias guarding the polls, but Rainey retained his seat.

Interesting Fact: The 1876 election was marked by widespread fraud in South Carolina. Votes counted in the upland Edgefield County for the Democratic gubernatorial candidate Wade Hampton III exceeded by 2,000 the total number of registered voters in the county; similar results were counted in Laurens County. (SHOCKER)

That year Democrats ultimately took control of the state government (Shocker), and the next year the federal government withdrew its troops from the South as part of a national compromise; Reconstruction was ended.

In mid-1878, Rainey warned President Hayes of increasing violence and rhetoric meant to limit the African-American vote in South Carolina.

In 1878, Rainey was defeated in a second contest with Richardson, although black men continued to be elected for numerous local offices through much of the 19th century. White Democrats used their dominance of the state legislature to pass laws for segregation, Jim Crow and making voter registration more difficult, effectively disenfranchising black people.

In 1895, they passed a new state constitution, that completed the disenfranchisement of most black people, stripping them of political power and excluding them from the political process for the next several decades into the 1960s.
