According to 54 pages charges, Adani bribed Indian govt officers for his investment in

Chhattisgarh, Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha J&K projects in 2021-22 and for this he took $2 billion loan from US banks and International financial institutions so its cheating with US banks because he has to give undertaking that you wont be involved in unethical practices

So as per US court Adani bribed Indian govt officers in Indian states that means crime happened in India so it will be decided by Indian courts and there is no case against Adani in Indian court and even there is no evidence of any bribery

People should not here, unlike in India, judges are appointed by US senate in USA

Breon Stacey Peace has been serving as the United States attorney for the Eastern District of New York since October 2021

Breon Peace is the attorney who indicted Adani in bribery case

George Soros already has spoken that he will destroy Adani and Modi

What are the chances that Soros and Schumer is behind this indictment
