This is Rizwan Virk.

He's a video game pioneer who was recently featured on Joe Rogan.

He wrote the Amazon Best Seller: The Simulation Hypothesis.

His insane theory is that we are living in the Matrix.

Here’s the theory: Image
"We are most likely inside some kind of a computer simulation."

Rizwan says that:

• Advancements in AI, VR, and quantum mechanics
• Nearing fully immersive simulations
• Our ability to already create simulated worlds

Prove that a simulation reality is possible.
Rizwan is a genius.

He spent decades:

• Developing video games
• Studying Computer Science at MIT
• Running game labs as an entrepreneur

He made millions during this time.

When Riz talks, everyone smart listens.
From Rizwan's book:

The Simulation Hypothesis.

Chapter 1. starts with a quote from Elon Musk.

"Forty years ago, we had Pong...40 years later, we have photorealistic, 3D simulations."

"The odds that we are in base reality is one in billions."
"The Great Simulation is a hyper-realistic simulation or video game that we are in—essentially it is our version of the Matrix." -Rizwan

• Simulated reality is a creation
• Ancient masters called it an illusion
• It can be affected by free will

Hyperreal is already here?
"I think there's a 70% chance we're living inside a simulation."

Reasons:

-Tech progress
-Quantum weirdness, particle-wave duality
-Math structures, principles, Fibonacci

-Glitches, déjà vu, mandela effects
-Culture, Gods, powerful beings
-Consciousness, subjective reality
"The simulation hypothesis gives you a way to look at both of these (Copenhagen interpretation & Multiverse Theory), a framework that makes it make sense."

Observer reality (Copenhagen)

V

Branching possibilities (Multiverse)

A simulation merges and unifies these two!
"When you think of information, and you think of the simulation idea. The core of it is that the world is not physical."

• Digital reality is composed of information

• Reality "renders" based on observation

• The universe operates within finite limits, like a program
"I think we can view the world as a series of quests and challenges."

• Near-death experiences and the life review
• Happens to 20% of people
• It's a holographic experience

"Well, how does that work? ...Somebody has to record all that stuff."
"They memorize the Quran word for word... why do you need to memorize it?"

"There are these beings (Jin) that are allowed to go back in time and change things, physical things."

- Mandela effects point to changes in reality
- The Thinker
- Luke v No, I am your father
"Reality may be more permeable than we think and that's where (there is an) intersection between the UAP phenomena and the simulation theory."

• UFO/UAP make perfect sense in a simulated world
• They render in and out of reality
• Maybe they are the creators of it?
"The simulation hypothesis is one of those new and interesting developments."

"It may just be the answer that provides a single framework, a coherent model that brings together science and religion."

Is Rizwan right or wrong?

Do we really live in the Matrix?
That's it!

Methylene Blue.

It's the most talked-about substance on 𝕏.

The claims? It's anti-aging, enhances cognition, and improves overall energy.

A much-needed thread: 🧵 Image
Image
Methylene blue was first synthesized in 1876 by Heinrich Caro as a textile dye. It gave blue jeans their blue color.

Then scientists discovered something strange: at high doses, it could kill malaria.

This was the first clue that methylene blue was more than just a dye. Image
Image
After malaria, it was used to treat bacterial infections, UTIs & mental health disorders (before antibiotics).

It was also one of the first-ever placebos. Patients were given methylene blue and told it would dissolve their tumors when their urine turned blue. Image

Humans are carnivores.

For most of history, humans ate meat. Not just some meat—primarily meat.

But 12,000 years ago, we made a fatal mistake. One that made us sicker, shorter, and weaker.

Here is the evidence: 🧵 Image
By definition a carnivore is an animal that eats at least 30% meat.

Humans evolved on almost entirely meat for hundreds of thousands of years. Its arguable which range of Carnivore we fit into. But we are absolutely carnivore.

But modern diets ignore this—and it’s killing us. Image
Stable isotope analysis from ancient human bones shows higher nitrogen-15 levels than known carnivores like wolves and lions, indicating a high-protein, meat-based diet. Image

First, the microplastics came for our balls.
Now, they're in our brains.

A whole spoonful of microplastic was recently found in the human brain.

The only way to decrease microplastics (in your balls and brain) is to reduce consumption: 🧵 Image
Grifters on 𝕏 will try to sell you:

• Supplements
• Sauna
• Magical Diets

The truth is there is no known method other than a reduction in consumption. Here is how: Image
[1] Use a good water filter.

Tap and bottled water contains microplastics.

You don't need an expensive reverse osmosis filter.

Use a simple and affordable ceramic urn combined with a candle filter. It also removes Fluoride. Image

A strange video posted to TikTok predicts the end of the world on May 27th, 2025.

Check it out for yourself below.

It's all over Reddit at the moment.

Here is what makes it even weirder:

The user has since deleted their account, and she says the prediction came from an entity named "7."

Is this a new Alternate Reality Game (ARG) or something else?

There is potentially more to this. I just don't know what. Help me out.
The user's name is @ clappymorris
This video was posted to Reddit by user FunkyChewbacca in the TikTokCringe sub.

Low vitamin D levels are linked to almost every major disease—cancer, diabetes, depression, heart disease, and autoimmune disorders.

Yet doctors refuse to talk about it.

Here is why: 🧵 Image
Image
🌞Vitamin D isn’t just a “vitamin”—it’s a powerful 550 million-year-old hormone that impacts nearly every system in your body.

It regulates over 1,000 genes linked to immune function, mood, energy, and disease prevention.

This is why it is the MASTER key to health. Image
Vitamin D helps regulate cell growth and can slow the development of abnormal (cancer) cells. Studies show sufficient levels are linked to lower risks of:

• Breast cancer
• Colon cancer
• Prostate cancer

It acts as a shield for your DNA, reducing mutations. Image

Some say Captain James Cook’s name should be erased from history.

He mapped 1/3 of the Earth, crossed the Antarctic Circle, and eradicated scurvy.

Here’s the real (un-politicized) story of Captain James Cook: 🧵 Image
James Cook’s story isn’t about privilege—it’s about grit. Born in 1728 to a Yorkshire farmhand, he grew up in a mud cottage with 7 siblings.

By 16, he quit school to work in the coal shipping trade. While hauling coal, he became obsessed with ships, navigation, and the sea. Image
In 1755, at 26, Cook joined the Royal Navy. For a low-born sailor, rising in rank was impossible. Officers were aristocrats, the 1%.

Cook’s laser-like focus and skill in cartography (mapping) set him apart. He was already beginning to make a name for himself, earning respect. Image
