HUGE: Governing for Impact, a Soros-funded organization that was caught ghost-writing policy for the Biden administration just published two “Anti-Project 2025” memos with blueprints for sandbagging the incoming Trump administration. Image
The plan is to use the Major Questions Doctrine to make it much harder to get rid of Biden-era policies.

Specifically they want to stop Schedule F firings proposed by @DOGE, healthcare conscience reforms, and attempts to use troops to secure the border. Image
Another memo urges progressive groups to intervene in lawsuits where conservative litigators are currently challenging Biden policies.

They want to make sure Trump’s DOJ can’t just drop the cases. Image
One of the cases they mention is Biden’s hideous Title IX rule, which is currently being challenged in court.

Hilariously, it was actually Governing for Impact that gave Biden the idea in the first place! Image

They’re not shy about it, they published their playbook. Conservatives, especially those in the incoming administration should read it.

Number 1 on that list is @russvought who will be leading the charge against this as leader of Trump’s OMB.

ActBlue has a security flaw: it accepts donations from untraceable gift cards bought with cash, and no ID verification.

To prove it, I did it.

Here’s a thread explaining a ludicrously simple loophole for abusing ActBlue🧵

Step 1: go to the store and buy a pre-paid visa gift card in cash.

Here’s my receipt, showing I paid CASH for a $25 gift card. At no point did I use anything with a name on it while purchasing the card.

Step 2: Donate

ActBlue requires an email, address, name, occupation, and employer. Sounds secure?

Nope.

All of this data (minus the email) is easily accessible for millions of people on the public FEC database. It’s trivially easy to copy it manually or with a bot.

I've censored their names to prevent doxing, but @actblue donors all over Michigan exhibit suspicious patterns:🧵

A single donor in the small town of Monroe has supposedly donated over 20,000 times since 2019, totaling >$40,000

They live in a 1,000 sqft house built in 1956. Image
Another donor in Brighton, MI has donated over 2,500 times since October 2023.

Their listed address is a retirement home. Is @actblue scamming a retiree by convincing them to repeatedly sign up for recurring contributions? Image
A third donor in Milan, MI has supposedly donated over 9,000 time since 2019.

5,526 of those donations occurred after January 1st 2023, meaning this person would have been donating roughly 10 times per day for the last 575 days. Image

Reminder that the Colorado case was never meant to succeed. It was always intended to generate a fake controversy so that left-wing groups can advocate for court packing.

The stories you'll see today calling SCOTUS corrupt have been written and waiting for a month.
And, right on time, here comes @WeDemandJustice, Grand Poohbah of court-packing, retweeting Mark Joseph Stern saying that *akchually* the fact that the decision was a unanimous 9-0 is irrelevant and that SCOTUS is somehow covering for Trump.Image

Mike DeWine just vetoed a bill that would have protected children from irreversible genital and hormonal mutilation. The main entity opposing House Bill 68 seems to have been the Ohio Children's Hospital Association.

This wouldn't be Mike's first time backing down to the OCHA... Image
Oh, and would you look at that! The Ohio Children's Hospital Association has given DeWine $20,000.

How nice of him to veto the bill that would have cost "gender affirming" children's hospitals millions of dollars. Image
ProMedica, a member of The Ohio Children's Hospital Association and the largest hospital chain in Ohio also gave DeWine $10,000.

ProMedica seems to offer gender affirming care.
