“The liberation of Syria is a victory for all its sons who sacrificed for the unity of the land and the people. On this occasion, we affirm our commitment to strengthening societal unity and establishing the principles of justice and dignity among all components of Syrian society” 1
“We are opening a new page in the history of Syria, a page whose title is construction and progress. We will work to develop a comprehensive plan to rebuild the infrastructure and achieve sustainable development in a way that ensures the return of life to normal.” 2
“We call on all Syrians who were forced to leave their homeland to return and contribute to building the future. We will work to create the appropriate conditions and ensure a safe and stable environment to receive them.” 3
“Liberated Syria looks forward to strengthening its relations with all brotherly and friendly countries on the basis of mutual respect and common interests.” 4
“We will seek to play a constructive role in the region and the world to achieve security and stability.” 5
“The next phase requires comprehensive societal reconciliation based on justice and accountability. We will work to address the effects of the past through transparent mechanisms aimed at achieving lasting peace and restoring the social fabric.” 6
“The liberation of Syria marks the beginning of a new phase of economic reform. We will set priorities for developing vital sectors, creating jobs, and encouraging national and international investments.” 7
“The new Syria will be a state of law that guarantees dignity and justice, and institutions that reflect the aspirations of the Syrian people.” 8
