BREAKING: A public school teacher lost her job after refusing to let first graders use the restroom.
Multiple kids peed themselves after the teacher revoked the entire class's right to use the restroom.
The teacher messaged parents blaming the victims.
Buckle up👇🧵
The 1st grade teacher is Ashley Barrera.
She taught at Bartlett Elementary School in Conroe, Texas.
She's no longer employed by the district.
"A Conroe elementary school teacher is no longer employed after denying 1st grade students access to the restroom ... several students wet themselves."
The teacher sent this message to parents:
"I had a talk with our students about how important it is to use our thing appropriately, but please have a talk with them.. For I know that if we both help them understand the rules, they will understand it better"
Blaming the victims.
"Parents say this issue didn't just start yesterday.. it's been ongoing for weeks .. [a student says] her classmates were screaming and crying to go to the bathroom and some of them even went to the restroom on themselves."
"The restroom pass went missing, so Ms. Barrera punished the entire class."
Student: "Some people were crying to death to go to the bathroom."
Parent: "There’s about 6 who actually soiled themselves and had accidents."
Parent: "The class erupted in laughter as kids that are 7 do. & the little girl was just absolutely mortified.. there was urine all over the little girl.. a puddle of urine under the chair that nobody came to help with, & nobody came to clean her up for the remainder of the day.”
Parent: "It’s inhumane to not allow somebody to relieve themselves of a bodily function that everybody has."
The school district:
"We have conducted a comprehensive investigation, and the teacher is no longer employed by Conroe ISD."
Parent: "If I sent my child to this school smelling like that, they would call CPS and have me investigated and try to have my child taken away from me. 'So, how is it OK for my child to go to school clean, prepared, and come home smelling like that?"

BREAKING: Arizona Supt Tom Horne ADMITTED that Primavera charter school should NOT have been classified as "Failing."
The school had their charter REVOKED based on incorrect data.
They serve over 8,000 kids.
This decision needs to be reversed.
I have the proof.
Buckle up 👇🧵
I have obtained the email from Tom Horne.
He ADMITTED:
• The school should have been classified as an "alternative" school
• "Their grade would be C"
• There was "no evidence of inaccuracy" of the data supplied by Primavera
This is a smoking gun.
The school's charter was revoked because it wrongly received a "failing" grade.
It was graded that way because it was wrongly classified as a regular school.
BREAKING: The Department of Education just released guidance on school choice options for kids stuck in "persistently dangerous" public schools.
States must establish a list of "persistently dangerous" schools.
Districts MUST provide a school choice option for these kids 👇🧵
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act requires states to provide school choice options for kids:
• In "persistently dangerous" schools
• Victims of violent criminal offenses at school
"Each State must establish its own definition of persistently dangerous schools. This definition can include any factors that the state finds constitute an unsafe environment."
CITY HALL: This guy calls Elon Musk an "illegal immigrant," says the Trump Administration is committing "CRIMES," said there's "genocide in Gaza," and then goes on a profanity-laced tirade.
"I hope he chokes on a bag of d*cks and DIES."
He's a public school history TEACHER 👇🧵
It has been reported that this guy is Matthew Sylvester, a history teacher at Carrollton Public Schools in Michigan.
Bay City Michigan narrowly passed a resolution "to ensure local resources aren't used to enforce federal immigration policies put in place by President Donald Trump."
The Mayor vetoed it and the council fell one vote short of overriding the veto.
