SitRep - 15/12/24 - North Koreans are attacking in big meat waves

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. A blown railtrack, destroyed fuel train and more and more North Koreans are (dis)appearing in the Kursk region.. 🥶

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours.
Overnight, Ukraine again repelled a fairly big Shahed drone attack.
Footage emerged of the moment the Olenivka prison chief was eliminated in occupied Donetsk.
Early morning, Ukraine once again struck the OMON military barracks in Grozny.
Near the Kerch strait, two Russian tankers were damaged beyond repair during a storm, split in half and sank.
The SBU destroyed a train with 40 fuel tanks. A big operation.
A huge Russian mechanized attack repelled by the 10th Mountain Brigade.
In the Kursk region, a mix of Russians/North Koreans.
The GUR also inflicted damage to Russia's military logistics.
Near Serebryansky forest in the Kreminna direction, Russians were repelled.
One of the Shahed drones that were taken down today by electronic warfare.
The moment a Switchblade drone hit a Russian fuel train.
Lets continue with the general events. Fedorov said that rumors of an offensive towards Zaporizhzia city should be taken with a big pinch of salt.
The US sent new aid to Ukraine.
In addition to the Kursk region, DPRK soldiers might be deployed to Eastern Ukraine as well.
Hungary said that Ukraine is not willing to talk to Hungary in regard to their 'ceasefire deal'.
Trump's team is allegedly interested in the Hungarian plan, according to US media.
As long as Scholz is chancellor, there will be no Taurus for Ukraine.

Kupyansk direction

Ukrainian forces recaptured the Kolisnykivka forest south of Kupyansk. New geolocated footage shows Ukrainian units in control of the area which was previously under Russian occupation. Image
In the Pokrovsk direction, minor Russian gains towards Ukrainka were reported based on new geolocated footage. Ukraine transferred elite brigade units to the Pokrovsk direction, which seems to have an effect on halting the Russian offensive. There are some counterattacks as well. Image
