An official delegation from the German Foreign Ministry met in Damascus with al-Julani.

Al Julani also met the other day with a delegation from the British Foreign Office.

Armed clashes, car bombings and war declarations
Here's what happened!

Three days ago, on December 8th, the PA gave an ultimatum to the armed groups in the Jenin "refugee camp":
"Lay down your arms until midnight!"

The armed groups laughed at the demand. It's been years since the PA held any real power in Samaria

The PA sent SWAT team snipers

A car bomb exploded near the mukataa (administrative center) in Jenin.
Three PA policemen were seriously injured.
Hamas is almost certainly responsible.

Meet Talal Dakkak
He was executed today by the rebels in Hama!

Dakkak was a Russian militia leader in the Hama area.
He was known for his cruelty. There were stories about him feeding captured rebels to his lions

The stories about him also include kidnapping, torture and even organ trafficking.
He became the most feared man in Hama.
