I recently discovered that one of Trump’s last-minute NatSec Memos- NSPM-28 relates directly to Continuity of Gov’t operations and lends credence to theories about a larger military operation at play.

NSPM-28 (one of many signed his last week in office) implemented Operational Security (OPSEC) measures, similar to that of a military operation.

A Federal Continuity Directive from Aug 2024 gives insight into what’s in NSPM-28,
saying it requires coordination between OPSEC and Continuity of Government/Continuity of Operations programs. 

It says OPSEC and COOP must “work together” to support the Mission Essential Functions.Image
What’s intriguing is that the OPSEC stuff comes a week before Trump left office, and on the heels of EO 13961. (And just before NSPM-32 about military/CIC critical info requirements)
OPSEC in NSPM-28 may very well be COMPLETELY related to a COG/Devolution situation, and furthers our speculation about a larger operation happening. 🔥

Based in the FMRS (Fed’l Mission Resilience Strategy) alternate (devolution) sites are encouraged to be USED when possible for day to day essential function operations. Image

The FBI was supposedly looking for NC2-ESI type documents when they raided Mar-a-Lago.

Accd to experts, these docs would be “closely related” to CONTINUITY OF THE PRESIDENCY Special Access Programs administered by the White House Military Office.

Could this ongoing failsafe operation be the reason Trump has retained a Q level clearance?

Trump isn’t CIC.
But neither is Biden… 😎💥👇🏻
For the record, I don’t think Trump has documents or did anything related to a Presidential Emergency Action Document.

Once signed by the President, the individual PEADs are unclassified.

However, this doesn’t mean that hypothetically, the military had concrete evidence of the stolen 2020 election and implemented element of the Continuity of the Presidency operation via the White House Military Office.

The FirstNet devices are apparently so sensitive that they could be HACKED- sabotaged or turned on or off at will 💥
