SitRep - 30/12/24 - Ukraine struck Lgov again, and the US announced new aid for Ukraine.

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The US announced a new $2.5 bln aid package for Ukraine, and Ukraine struck both Bryansk and Lgov.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours.
Overnight, most of the Russian Shahed drones were shot or taken down by electronic warfare.
An airstrike on a Russian command center in the Zaporizhzia region.
Several pieces of heavy equipment destroyed by the 95th Air Assault Brigade.
Last night, Ukraine used its Peklo missile-drone for the first time.
Near Kurakhove, the 37th Marines repelled a big Mechanized attack.
A fire unit for the BUK-m2 was destroyed
A destroyed Russian convoy that was heading for Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region.
In Lgov, where the AFU struck a Russian HQ just a few days ago, another Russian hideout was covered with HIMARS.
Lets continue with the general events. Lavrov stated that Russia will not participate in a second peace summit. Despite the push of some countries, its clear that Russia does not intend to end the war.
This morning, Ukrainian MFA Sybiha visited Damascus.

The situation east of Sudzha is somewhat turning in Russia's favor. North of Ulanok, following the progress north of Plekhovo, Russians have moved towards Makhnovka. Heavy fighting is ongoing in this direction. Image

The situation in Terny worsened, geolocated footage shows. Russian have occupied Terny and moved south towards Yampolivka. But more worrying, it managed to grab a foothold on the western bank of the reservoir in Ivanivka. Fighting ongoing.. Image
