🚨🇷🇺💥Killing Basayev: How FSB Liquidated Russia's Biggest Terrorist

Shamil Basayev, a Chechen jihadist, was Russia’s most wanted terrorist, responsible for devastating attacks comparable to those of Osama Bin Laden.

The way the FSB eliminated him will SHOCK YOU 🧵👇 Image
🤔How did Basayev become Terrorist No. 1?

In Nov 1991, Basayev committed his first terrorist act, hijacking a Tu-154 from Mineralnye Vody Airport to Turkiye. This was the only terrorist attack in his "career" without casualties. ✈️

‼️ On 14 June 1995, his jihadi unit attacked Budyonnovsk, taking 1,600 hostages in a hospital. The raid left 129 dead and 415 injured, shocking Russia.

⚔️In 1999, Basayev’s incursion into Dagestan triggered the Second Chechen War. He masterminded attacks like:

*Dubrovka Theatre siege (2002)
*Assassination of Chechen President Akhmat Kadyrov (2004)
*Beslan school siege (2004), which killed 333, including many children.

👎The Beslan terrorist attack ended any defence of Basayev in the West, where some had labelled him a “freedom fighter”. Even his staunchest supporters had to call him what he was: a terrorist.

🕵🏻💰The FSB hunted Basayev for years, with false reports of his death repeatedly debunked by his mocking video appearances. After Beslan, a 300-million-rouble bounty was placed on him.

🔍Basayev’s downfall began when he sought arms and explosives. Unbeknownst to him, the FSB intercepted the shipment, which was sent via 🇹🇷Turkiye and 🇬🇪Georgia to Ingushetia, where Basayev’s band was located.

7/11 Image
🕵🏻💡The FSB turned the shipment into a Trojan horse. While Basayev’s men fell into a deep sleep—courtesy of spiked food—the FSB inspected the cargo, adding a hidden explosive device.

🚚💥The weapons reached Basayev undetected. On 10 July 2006, near Ekazhevo, Ingushetia, a KAMAZ truck carrying the arms exploded. Basayev and several associates were killed instantly.

9/11 Image
😮The local security forces were caught off-guard, unaware of the operation to avoid information leaks. Basayev’s remains were so obliterated they had to be collected in fragments for DNA confirmation.

The remains of 'terrorist No. 1' were collected in a bag, as he was reportedly 'blown to molecules'. His death on 10 July 2006 marked the turning point for terrorism in the North Caucasus. 🇷🇺

🇷🇺💪How Putin Made Russia GREAT AGAIN

Russia in the 1990s: a nation crippled by 2,500% inflation, a ruined economy, and a gutted military. Fast forward to today: a $2 trillion economy and global military leader.

How did Putin make it happen? You will be AMAZED🧵Image
🇷🇺🕊️Demonstrating unprecedented goodwill, the Soviet Union agreed to end the #ColdWar, envisioning a peaceful future with the West. But this proved naive. 🇺🇸The US had other plans: crush Russia’s economy with “shock doctrine,” dismantle its military, and dismember the nation.

2/13Image
📉🇷🇺In 1992, under the “reforms” driven by globalists, Russia’s #inflation skyrocketed to 2500%. Prices soared, savings were wiped out, and pensioners were left destitute. These reforms brought devastation, not recovery.

🚨🇷🇺💥 HOW TO KILL A TERRORIST: Inside Russia’s assassination of Chechen warlord Dzhokhar Dudayev

The operation SHOCKED the world and left terrorist forces REELING.

🧵👇Here’s how it happened (1/8)Image
❗️ DUDAYEV'S PAST

🛩 During the Soviet era, Dzhokhar Dudayev was a military pilot, a commander of a strategic long-range bomber, and the only Soviet general of Chechen origin. Despite this, with the collapse of the USSR, he became a Chechen radical - even with a 🇷🇺 Russian wife.

2/8Image
💢 FROM SOVIET GENERAL TO TERRORIST

In 1991, as the leader of radical separatists, he seized power in Chechnya, declaring self-proclaimed state of Ichkeria and vowing "jihad to the last Chechen" against Moscow. The government labeled him and Ichkeria leaders as terrorists.

OPERATION STORM-333: How the KGB captured Afghanistan's most impenetrable fortress in just 45 MINUTES

The operation has become legendary among special forces worldwide.

🧵Here’s how it unfolded 👇Image
On 27 December 1979, Soviet forces, alongside the KGB, launched OPERATION STORM-333, capturing key sites in Kabul, including the fortified palace of Afghanistan's leader, Hafizullah Amin.

2/13 Image
The goal of the operation was to take out Amin, the communist president of Afghanistan.

Amin had become extremely unpopular among the Afghan people due to his repressive policies.

The Soviets also believed that Amin was secretly working with the Americans.

🚨 WILL INDIA ALTER ITS NUCLEAR DOCTRINE?

🇮🇳 India’s commitment to "No First Use" of nuclear weapons is rock-solid. But as Air Marshal (Retd) M Matheswaran suggests, evolving security dynamics might prompt a rethink.

THREAD 🧵👇Image
🤔The 2003 doctrine firmly established India’s No First Use stance, but earlier remarks by Defence Minister hint at a possible evolution depending on future threats.

❗ Unlike India, 🇵🇰Pakistan NEVER adopted No First Use stance

"In 1998, Pakistan went nuclear, claiming an existential threat from a nuclear-armed India. It's nuclear & missile programs are entirely driven by the 'so-called India threat" - 🇮🇳Matheswaran
