Letter from Viviane Fischer regarding the famous Reiner Fullmich who received several million to sue the German …. And then took the money and did …..nothing.

This email got forwarded to me which prompts me to make a statement for you to BETTER understand the situation.

As you all know Reiner is defending himself against criminal charges of embezzlement at the moment. Inspite of what his followers seem to want to believe I have nothing to do with him being prosecuted. I did have, and still have many questions for Reiner pertaining to his obtaining control of funds from the Stiftung Corona Ausschuss (which for better understanding I will refer to with the abbreviation used in English, CIC). We have received these funds from donors, and we should hold ourselves - and were/are actually legally bound - to particularly high standards, some of which, it seems, Reiner did not meet. Be that as it may, I strongly believe that we should have sorted out these and other questions without Reiner (or any of us) being imprisoned. As some of you already know we tried to find a solution behind the scenes for two months before I made my first statement in public that there were things to be sorted out without giving any details. At that time I explicitly expressed my expectation that they could be sorted out and all would be good in the end. Reiner then finally gave permission to bring the gold into secured and official custody with a gold dealer. However he never returned any of the funds he had received as our liquidity reserve.

At this point in time I also would like to caution you against undue optimism: it is very doubtful that Reiner will leave the trial as a free man. Not merely because of him possibly being considered a political enemy of governments (which he might be), but because several higjly questionable financial activities have become known. Reiner did use committee money to build a pool for himself and to pay off business loans etc. He has not given the committee any value in return - like a mortgage, so his claim to the effect that his actions would secure assets for the Committee has been proven wrong. From the sale of his house he received approximately € 150.000 in late 2022/early 2023, which he did not use to pay off his debts. In the meantime his wife has received approximately US$ 900.000 from the sale of her Californian ranch which everybody had thought was Reiners property. Although Reiner has claimed that his wife would be willing to chip in for this debts nothing is happening there either.

A few weeks ago Reiner´s defense lawyer Dr. Christof Misere has pulled out an alleged „Secret Service Dossier“ about Reiner he seems to claim to have received from a whistleblower. There are doubts that the dossier really is authentic. And I don’t say this merely because I was one of the people in the close vicinity of Reiner out of which the „dossier“ suggests some should be turned into agents for the Government agencies. No, the „dossier“ contains a very flattering CV of Reiner with some incorrect details and it portrays him as state enemy number one. It does not make mention of other prominent leaders, such as Professor Bhakdi, or Wolfgang Wodarg, who would have been equally „dangerous“. It is fact that Reiner has received the money and with varying explanations is simply not returning it, not even part of it, so his current situation is not just that of someone who has been falsely accused of ever having received money or of someone being victim of a fabricated signature.

Reiner sued me for saying that he had not returned the money, although he had immediately publicly admitted this fact himself in the summer of 2022. In late 2022 Reiner filed for an urgent injunction wanting to obtain a ruling against me that I should not say anymore that he had not returned the money. When the court told him, they could not see why this was not true, Reiner*s lawyer told the court he could not attend the hearing because of a hey fever and was asking for yet another dead line extension. The court then ruled against Reiner because of self-refutation of urgency. Reiner equally has not taken a number of other immediate legal actions, or has „fumbled“ on the few suits he brought forward (such as attempts to block the payout of the money to the land charge creditor, the lawyer Marcel Templin, in return for a security which Reiner seemed to have provided without the barest of commonplace legal restrictions against misuse. That is very surprising considering that Reiner claims that he had wanted to pay back the loan to the Committee with exactly those proceed from the sale of the house which seems to have been his only valuable asset anyway.

Alongside with the dossier Reiners lawyer claimed that Marcel Luthe, a German politician totally unrelated to the Committee, was an asset of Government agencies and the handler of said Marcel Templin, the socius lawyer of the two other founders of the Committee, Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer (The so called "port-lawyers"). The latter, Antonia, admittedly has lured Reiner into a „trap“ in Mexico which allowed the immigration office to get Reiner out of the land and into the hands of the German police in Frankfurt upon arrival. In a clip with Greg Reese of InfoWars the suspicion was uttered, that the „Dossier“ might have been written by Marcel Templin in order to discredit the criminal trial. All this is very strange and confusing and I have nothing to do with all of this.

Strangely Reiner's lawyer has in other court cases also claimed that his clients were victims of political prosecution. In 2016 he defended someone being charged with attempted murder by pushing a 30cm bald knife into the neck of a politician. Not charging for a mere assault Reiner’s lawyer considered to be merely politically motivated. . Also it is strange that Marcel Templin managed to get hold of the major bulk of the proceeds of Reiner house in Göttingen. He held a mortgage with the consent of Reiner and received more money than he seems to have been entitled to, A seeming overpayment of approximately € 550.000 occurred. To me it is not clear whether Marcel Templin is just somehow who hopped on the band wagon or if he even collaborated with Reiner in this regard. In any case: The effect of this puzzling event is that the CIC can not lay its hands on any of the money from the house sale. Let that sink in.

Reiner´s court case is mainly reported on by avid Reiner fans with no prior journalistic knowledge. Roger Bitter claims to be a journalist but he has basically turned into a blind supporter of Reiners assumed interests, one of them being to defame me. Roger Bittel has been party to the whole affair being involved in some talks behind the scenes back in the summer of 2022, before the „news broke“. Attacking me (and lately also Wolfgang Wodarg) without reason seems to have either turned into a personal obsession/projection or is - possibly - part of a grander scheme.

Roger Bittel and other Reiner supporters seem to have little else to do than trying to defame me with no holds barred. They go so far as completely inventing things. One reporter suggested I had taken € 40.000 donation money in plastic bags on vacation with me, another one told the public In reality this money was spent by our accountant on a law office invoice of Reiner Fuellmich (€ 29.750) and on an invoice of the accountant himself (€ 11.000) - all this without my knowledge. Also the supporters claimed I had been photographed in a men’s magazine together with children with dolls with sado-maso-outfit. In reality a well knows fashion magazine had published photos like the one below from my 2014 fashion collection. Reiner, on the other hand, previously had claimed that „5 renowned psychotherapist had written expert statements“ about my psychological health and came to the conclusion I had „an early child traumatization and a disoziative personality disorder“. This was a complete fabrication and in the court case I had to embark upon against Reiner he could not produce any evidence, expert statement or any expert witness. All this leaves me speechless.

As it turns out the Committee was already under observation by the district attorney of Göttingen in June of 2022. At that point they had come to the conclusion that the Committee had not committed any fraud. They had not considered embezzlement yet. Cleary, it would have been just a question of time until they had checked back in on the situation and had we sued Reiner in civil court for not returning € 700.000 the issue also would have broken to the public. So looking back it was the right decision to distance ourselves from Reiner after it turned out he was not willing to resolve the financial matter. I wish, though, that it would not have been necessary.
