Dear Texas, Florida and Idaho friends: brace yourselves for the flood of leftist coastal California refugees that will hit your red States in just a couple of months, looking for housing to buy or rent.
Most of these people who lost their homes in the fires aren't going to be able to rebuild. Pulling a building permit from the eco-fascists who run the California Coastal Commission is going to take years. The insurance rates and property taxes will increase tenfold.
The majority of these people with the exception of those who are multimillionares or billionaires will not afford to pay the insurance and taxes and won't have the time and patience to deal with the struggle of obtaining a permit to rebuild.
This is why they will grab the money paid by the insurance, sell the vacant house plot and look for greener pastures outside California. And you know what the problem will be with those people?
Unlike the 2019-2022 wave of conservative CA refugees who moved out mostly because of the Covid tyranny imposed by Gov. Gangrene Gruesome, this new wave is going to be mostly brainwashed liberals who will move here mostly because of the economic reasons I highlighted above.
They will come to your States flushed with cash, they will drive rent and property prices up, and they will vote down the line for Democrats politicians like they did in CA. Do not put your hopes up they learned their lesson and changed their political preferences.
Right now they may have a grudge against Gov. Gruesome or Mayor Karen Arse, but don't be fooled they turned conservative just because they consider them responsible for their homes burning down. They won't vote for those two anymore, but they will gladly vote for OTHER Democrats.

So trust me when I tell you: these new refugees won't come here because they love your freedoms, your free speech, your gun rights, and the sensible governance. They will come here because they won't be able to afford living in CA anymore. Think of them as economic migrants.
They will be just as bad as the hordes of illegal immigrants who invaded America during the Biden regime. They won't come to your States because they love your way of life. They will come because they just want to reap the benefits and they will keep voting for the Democrats.
