Now that the high likelihood of Federal malicious prosecution is over, I'm going to start posting info on the Texas/Mexico Border, and what locals did to LAWFULLY protect our homes, families, neighbors, property, and livelihoods. Nobody is coming to save you. Do it yourself. 
The first group of Illegal Aliens (IAs) that we DOCUMENTED. We'd stopped, detained (under citizen's arrest powers for committing a felony), and turned over to law enforcement multiple IAs (30ish) prior to this. Waited 2 hours for LE, got bored, ASKED if they'd hold the sign
We'd tell them to remove their shoes and packs, place them in piles in opposite directions from each other, and have a seat to wait for LE. Nobody is running (far) through the STX brush w/o shoes and water. We'd provide them with water/fruit, while we waited.
Waits for LE ranged from 3 hrs to 10 min, depending on location, how difficult it was to get to, and what our relationship was like w the local LE of that area. As this border cluster went on, our relationship became significantly better w some LE.
To the point we had open cooperation with some agencies and individual LE. Co-op ranged from giving them a call when we got on a group and were about to stop them, to a heads up from LE on groups they couldn't get to. I'll stop there for today. Lots more info and pics. But...
Know that nobody is coming to save you. You're on your own. Build a LOCAL network of friends, neighbors, and families. Learn the law and what you can legally do within the law. DO NOT do anything illegal. And stop being scared of "the feds". I know FOR A FACT that the Feds knew..
what we were doing. Hell, before we went to local people only, we probably had feds helping us (and accidentally doing their real job). But if you're not doing anything illegal, and have a good relationship with local LE, you make it difficult for them to come after you.
