•BAN platforms that don’t comply.
•BLOCK posts within 24 hours.
•FORCE platforms to register, turning them into state-controlled tools.

A single “false or fake” post (as defined by the govt) can land you in jail for 3 years or a Rs. 2 million fine. No trial, no defense. Just state-approved truth or prison.

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) now has police powers to monitor, investigate, and prosecute anyone who dares to speak against the state.
