SitRep - 29/01/25 - Slovakia-Ukraine relations reach an icecold low.

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Fico keeps being unfriendly to Ukraine, drone attacks at the Kstovo refinery and statements by Zelensky.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours.
Overnight, Lots of Russian drones were shot down and supressed by EW.
Last evening, Ukraine struck an oil refinery in Kstovo, the fourth largest of Russia.
Later today, the General Staff confirmed the strike.
During the day, the 23rd GRAU arsenal in Bryansk was attacked for a second time. It is unknown what damage was inflicted.
A BMP-3 and crew destroyed.
Reported as a 155mm new copperhead shell, although it might also be a guided bomb.
Satellite images confirmed 4 tanks destroyed and 10 damaged at the Kristal oil depot in Engels, Russia. Ukraine attacked the oil depot twice.
SSO operations, likely Kursk region.
A Russian BUK-M3 air defense system destroyed.
Lets continue with the general events. Slovakia and Ukraine are on very bad terms due to ridiculous statements by Fico.
Andriy Kovalenko reassured that US aid to Ukraine will not be put on pause.
Latvia blocked more Russian state propaganda.
Zelensky openly states that he is hoping for a deal, but only on the right terms. And that does definitely not mean acknowledging occupied territory as Russian.
Croatia announced a new aid package to Ukraine. Its content remains unknown for now.
The 155th -known for desertion after being trained in France- has been reorganized and is now combat operational.
A large batch of logistic trucks has been delivered to combat brigades.
Fico's government has summoned the Ukrainian ambassador for criticizing Fico.
Coded FPV drones are now being produced by the Ukrainian Government.

After a brief pause, heavy fighting has resumed for Dachne, where Ukraine is putting up a strong fight. Russians have briefly entered the eastern part (geolocated footage), but is unclear if they managed to grab a foothold due to conflicting reports. Image
