Don't be the type that discovers when it is too late...
~ A thread 🧵
Let me tell you something about the prostate...
It's a small gland sitting quietly under the bladder, helping with fluid production. But when it starts having problems, it doesn’t keep quiet – the signs will show.
Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men, and the scary part? It often creeps in silently.
Your chances of having it increase with:
- Age (especially 50 and above)
- Family history (if your father or brother had it)
- Lifestyle (poor diet, lack of exercise)
If you discover it early, you stand a better chance of winning the fight. That’s why you must know these early signs and act fast.
This is a groin fungal infection; it is very stubborn to treat.
I've lost count of the number of clients who have come to me with similar cases.
It looks like a red, itchy rash with scaly white edges.

1. What Exactly Is This Infection?
This stubborn wahala is called Jock Itch (scientific people call it Tinea Cruris), and it's caused by fungi—those tiny organisms that love warm, moist places.
It usually shows up in areas where your skin folds, like your groin, inner thighs, and buttocks. You go just dey scratch like say dem dash you free itch! 😩
On dark skin, you may not see it looking reddish.
...how's it gotten? 👇
2. How Do You Get It? (The Main Cause)
🚨Fungi love warm, sweaty environments. If you're always sweaty and don’t allow fresh air to touch that area, you’re inviting them in.
🚨Common ways you can get it include:
✍️Wearing tight or non-breathable underwear 😬
✍️Not drying yourself well after bathing
✍️Sharing towels or clothing with an infected person
✍️Staying too long in sweaty clothes (gym bros, beware!)
✍️Poor hygiene is a big factor here!
