I’m European.

Last year, I moved to India.

What I experienced shattered my Western mindset.

Here are 10 life-changing lessons I learned in India that reshaped how I see the world: Image
Time Bends Here:

Indian trains can run 12+ hours late, yet no one panics.

I learned that life doesn't always follow a schedule.

Sometimes, the best moments happen when you stop rushing and let time find its own rhythm.
Scarcity Breeds Genius:

Farmers grow crops in deserts.

Street vendors haggle like Wall Street traders.

Constraints aren't limits
Work Should Be Sacred:

The West treats work like a punishment.

In India, even street vendors bring devotion to what they do.

You can turn anything into a calling—if you show up with presence.
Status Is Invisible:

Barefoot monks command more respect than CEOs.

Here, wisdom > wealth.

It made me question: What am I truly chasing in life? Image
Chaos is a System:

Mumbai's streets look chaotic, yet they move 20M people daily.

I learned that what seems disorganized often has its own rhythm and logic. Image
Less is More:

A street vendor serves tea for 5 cents but owns his time.

I realized freedom isn't about having more it's about needing less. Image
Noise Reveals Truth:

India has 780 languages, but a shared purpose unites them.

I learned that clarity of purpose transcends all barriers even language. Image
Nature is sacred:

Rivers like the Ganges are respected, not just used.

Respect for nature isn’t optional—it’s essential.
You’re Already Rich:

In India, people refuse bribes with a fake bill that says “I won’t pay.”

It’s a reminder that real value isn’t just about money.

The greatest wealth isn’t in your wallet—it’s in your integrity. Image
The Power Of Community:

In India, strangers become family in moments of need.

Connection is the foundation of both survival and joy. Image
India didn’t just change my perspective—it rewired it.

I see the world as bigger, richer, and more connected than ever before.

But the biggest shift?

It made me rethink how I live and work—and what true freedom truly means…
I’ve had the freedom to travel to 20 countries in 3 years—all because of my business.

India broke my concept of time.

Trains might run late.

No one flinched.

Here, time isn’t something you fight.

It’s something you surrender to.

That shattered everything I believed about urgency, control, and “being late.” Image
Scarcity breeds genius.

Farmers grow crops in deserts.

Vendors haggle like Wall Street traders.

In India, constraints don’t kill creativity.

They forge it. And it made me rethink every excuse I’d ever made.

Born poor in India.
Abandoned by his father at 9.
Raised in NYC libraries by a single mother.

He turned nothing into
$2B predicting the future.

The untold story of how Naval Ravikant
hacked reality with his intelligence. 🧵 Image

Recently someone once asked Naval:

"What do you think would’ve happened
if your parents had stayed in India?"

He paused.

And gave an answer that reveals more about
wealth, fate, and freedom than most books ever will...

But first, the story that led to that moment.
New Delhi, 1974.

Naval was born into a modest household. His father, a pharmacist, left for the U.S when he was 4.

Five years later, his mother brought Naval
and his brother to Queens.

Then his father walked out.
For good.

I’m 30.

When I was 28, I moved to Spain,
where I met my girlfriend.

What I've seen left me stunned.

11 Spanish oddities I still can't
wrap my head around.

//Mi hilo sobre España 🇪🇸 // (a thread) 👇 Image
1. They don’t work to retire.

They work to feel alive now.

In August, entire cities migrate to the coast.
No Zooms. No Slack.
Just family, food, and sea.

I danced barefoot on a beach.

That moment rewired something in me.

(Video’s at the end.) Image

2. In Spain, 3-hour lunches aren’t luxury.

They’re sanity.

Conversations unfold between bites.
Deals are made over wine.
Then everyone naps.

Maybe your productivity issue
isn’t working too little,
but resting too little. Image

At 25, I saw America.
At 30, I discovered Mexico.

11 brutal comparisons that reveal if
the American Dream is just propaganda.

This is the 'USA vs MEXICO' battle thread
they won’t show you in travel blogs: 🧵👇 Image

1. Food

🇺🇸: $17 smoothies and Michelin dreams.
GMO fatty food as a side.

🇲🇽: Wobbly table. $1 taco,
and ancestral flavor that hits your soul.

America engineers taste.
Mexico remembers.
And your tongue never forgets.

Score: USA 0 - Mexico 1 Image

2. Spirituality

🇺🇸: Stoicism in a Substack.
Meditation apps with subscriptions.

🇲🇽: Street shrines. Shamans.
Saints you’ve never heard of.

In the U.S., it’s a niche.
In Mexico, it’s the air.

Score: USA 0 – Mexico 2 Image

I’m Russian.
My girlfriend is Italian.

We’ve been together 2+ years…
And her culture still blows my mind.

11 bizarre things about Italian life
I just can’t comprehend: 🧵🤌 Image
1. When I first met her aunt,
she looked me straight in the eyes and asked:

“What did you eat today?”

In Italy, food isn’t a topic.
It’s the language of love, trust,
and emotional blackmail.

And God help you if you break
one of the sacred food laws (N.10)
2. Volume control? Doesn’t exist.

The first time I met her family,
I thought they were fighting.

They were deciding what cheese to buy.

Italians speak in bold, full-body sentences.

And that’s just how they say hello.

Most people watch movies for entertainment.

I watch them to 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳*𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽.

These 11 quotes cracked my old identity,
and helped build a life I actually want to live.

1.Fear is the mind-killer 🧵 Image
Dune (2021)

I launched my first offer with $243
in the bank and fear clawing at my chest.

Terror isn’t proof you’re not ready.
It’s proof you’re stepping into truth.
Into the Wild (2007) (pt.1)

I left behind stability.
No roadmap. No guarantees.
Just a gut that whispered: “Go.”

Security is seductive.
But aliveness lives in the unknown.

(This film hit so deep,
one quote wasn’t enough.) Image
