Day 12 at the hearing of @OttawaPolice Detective Helen Grus - charged with one count of Discreditable Conduct for conducting an 'unauthorized' investigation linking the mRNA injections to the deaths of breastfeeding infants.

Retired OPS Staff Sergeant Peter Danyluk takes the stand as a witness for the defense.

Danyluck retired January 31, 2022 - JUST BEFORE THE VAX MANDATE became effective.
Defense lawyer Bath-Sheba van den Berg questions Danyluk about his background - Captain in the Canadian Airborne Regiment. 1999 joined the Ottawa Police after 12 years in the Canadian military.

Answering questions about the Chain-of-Command in the military and police. The five principles of command... to achieve unity of effort whether on the battlefield or in the police.

His Masters Thesis was on the lack of proper management and leadership in the police service.

Talking about the difference in the military where leadership training is continual, and often with a year of pure academics every so often. This is a huge difference from the police service practices.
My impression is that Danyluk is a total professional - a dedicated officer who probably would have risen far higher in rank than Staff Sergeant had he not been forced to retire over the mRNA injections mandate.

Retired OPS Staff Sergeant Peter Danyluk is talking about Chain of Command, Freedom of Action in leadership courses for the Ottawa Police.

In 2018 was the Staff Sergeant working to formulate and implement the Ethics Code and Program for the Ottawa Police. This program developed from his Masters 'Thesis'.

At the hearing of @OttawaPolice Detective Helen Grus - where she is expected to testify in her own defense today.

Detective Grus was investigating any potential connection between the vaccination status of the mothers and the sudden deaths of breastfeeding babies. Ottawa Police shut down her investigation, ordered her to stop, and charged her with an internal disciplinary charge for conducting an 'unauthorized' investigation.

Defense is seeking to call the Expert Witness Retired Ottawa Police Staff Sergeant - notwithstanding the Tribunal's ruling against Grus's Expert Witnesses!!!!

Defense has also filed a new motion - so this hearing might go the entire week.
09:47 ET Retired OPS Staff Sergeant Peter Danyluk excused from the room while Defense counsel, prosecution, and Hearing Officer debate whether the witness will be allowed to testify.

Hearing Officer will allow Danyluk to testify but not as an expert, and states that he will not give it weight.

Prosecutor Stewart attacks the defense lawyer van den Berg as filing 'nonsense motions'. van den Berg replies brilliantly with facts, truth, and class.

Looks like today is going to be a knock-down-drag 'em out fight.

1/ Ottawa Police Det. Helen Grus charged for initiating investigation into possible connections between nine sudden infant deaths & the mothers' vax status.

We know that governments & the medical profession are in full defensive mode over vax mandates...

2/ I predict that the internal charges against Ottawa Police Det. Helen Grus will turn into a major case - certainly headed to higher courts.

Many issues, both legal & factual. Off the top I can think of several solid defence arguments & cross-examination possibilities...
3/ The growing tsunami of solid medical evidence connecting the experimental mRNA treatments with injuries & deaths is bound be brought into play by the defence.

Also evidence that mRNA vaccines were emergency approved with NO clinical studies about breastfeeding mothers...
