@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @railcomplaint @PMOIndia @aajtak @ZeeNews I had cnf rsvn for train 22581(pnr-2710512718,2655456308,2227226517) frm BSBS-NDLS 11 Feb in 2AC (Premium Tatkal) and 3AC with my family (1.3yr baby, 5&11 yr nephews,wife, 68yr mother-in-law, sister-in-law).
However, we couldn't board the train due 2 a massive crowd of Mahakumbh travelers without rsvn occupying both 2AC and 3AC coaches. Despite the presence of RPF and ticket collectors, they were unable 2 manage the situation or prevent unauthorized people frm blocking our entry.
We couldn't even step into our designated coaches as the gates remained shut. We pleaded with unauthorized passengers to open the gates but to no avail. We attempted other coach gates, but they too were overwhelmed with crowds, leaving us unable to board.
Amidst the chaos, my baby was crying, and we felt helpless and intimidated by the lack of effective crowd control by RPF and railway management. As a result, the train departed without us. I also complaied on 139 but no enough responce from there.
We approached the reservation counter for a refund, only to be informed that there is no provision for refunds in such circumstances. I have several questions:
1) Why are unauthorized passengers allowed into premium coaches like 2nd AC?
2)Why is there insufficient enforcement to prevent unauthorized passengers from occupying reserved coaches?
3)Who is accountable for our ordeal, which has caused financial loss, mental anguish, and physical hardship? I want my money back, please intiate the refund process.
How can I secure a refund for my tickets under these circumstances? This situation is not of my making; I arrived at the station well in advance but was still unable to board the train.
