@camhigby Komo News reporter @JeremyHarrisTV caught up to the two Antifa militants targeting elderly victims, and fired off a series of questions about their behavior:
Breaking — ICE has confirmed to Fox News that the two Venezuelans accused of kidnapping, torturing, and attempting to kill a Washington state woman are illegal aliens.
At least one of them is a suspected member of the Tren de Aragua terror group, according to local authorities.
ICE will be placing a detainer on both of them with the King County Jail (Seattle).
Kevin Daniel Sanabria Ojeda and Alexander Moises Arnaez-Gutierrez were both charged last week with robbery and attempted murder
New — Washington state Sheriff Dale Wagner testifies before Congress about the state's sanctuary policies.
He is being sued by WA Attorney General Nick Brown for assisting ICE arrest criminal illegal aliens.
Despite the lawsuit, Sheriff Wagner has vowed to continue defying sanctuary statute in order to "keep his community safe."
Sheriff Wagner of Adams County provided testimony regarding an illegal alien who murdered and dismembered a mother and her disabled daughter in his community in 2021.
Sheriff Wagner believes his agency should not be prevented from working with ICE to remove illegal aliens charged with serious offenses out of his jurisdiction.
Exclusive — ICE @EROSeattle agents are being doxed by an Antifa affiliated account on Instagram.
The account is sharing the identity of an undercover ICE agent who made a recent arrest in Wenatchee, Washington.
The group also started a network to interfere with ICE operations called, StopIce.net
The targeting of the ICE agent pertains to the arrest of Hugo Ramirez-Hernandez, 37, an illegal migrant from Mexico with an extensive criminal history.
He was taken into custody on March 8 in Wenatchee, Wash., according to ICE.
A spokesperson for ICE ERO Seattle said Ramirez-Hernandez was charged with assault, domestic violence, and harassment on August 28, 2024.
Breaking — Washington state Attorney General Nick Brown filed a lawsuit on Monday against Adams County for assisting ICE.
Adams County has been informing ICE when a criminal alien charged with a crime is scheduled to be released from jail so ICE can take them into federal custody.
The lawsuit accuses Adams County of violating the Keep Washington Working Act (sanctuary state statute), which prohibits jails and local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE detainers and other immigration-related matters.
On February 20, attorneys for Adams County and its sheriff notified Attorney General Brown that the county desired to assist ICE, claiming that the state's "dangerous sanctuary laws" compel them to violate federal immigration laws.
The letter was sent to the attorney general after the state of Washington notified Adams County that they would be sued for previous cooperation with ICE.
