@JamesUthmeierFL The Fed gets a special carve-out for monetary policy, because if you're going to have a central bank (you SHOULDN'T) it has to be independent to work.
Of course, last year, the Fed cut rates to help Biden and Harris's election chances. So more reform is needed.
