Meet possibly the dumbest anti-Israel propaganda page on Facebook, Hatshepsut, whose singular focus seems to be promoting an anti-Israel narrative where everything is “Palestine” - but fails miserably 🧵 /1
So many of the photos and captions they use are “own goals,” which serve to remind people of the Jewish connection to the land, including their role in building it up in to what is now modern Israel.
Like this oldie-but-goodie: /2 israellycool.com/2022/06/16/pal…
this photo purporting to show a “map of Palestine”, but actually showing a map of the Partition Plan with its proposed Arab and Jewish states, which was rejected by the Arabs /3 israellycool.com/2017/05/25/kno…
While @GazaFFlotilla claims to be humanitarian and anti "genocide", many of Madleen's members are in fact pro genocide, as evidenced by their support of genocidal terror organizations. 🧵
Take for example Yasemin Acar, a Berlin-based 'activist' who has openly sympathized with Hamas, wants Zionism destroyed, and celebrated Iran attacking Israel with missiles /1.
Then there's Brazilian 'activist' and Hizbullah fanboy @thiagoavilabr /2.
About @haaretz “journalist” @gideonle's "apology" for appearing on the podcast of one of the worst terror-supporting Jew-haters out there: @jacksonhinklle 🧵 /1.
Assuming Levy is telling the truth, this would make him a terrible journalist at best. He couldn't Google or look at Hinkle's X feed beforehand?
But he’s likely not telling the truth, as you can see from the following /2.
Why didn't Levy stop the interview following Hinkle’s October 7 rape denialism, which even involved him mentioning to Levy that Levy’s own Ha’aretz had threatened to sue him? This didn’t already warn Levy as to Hinkle’s “real character”? /3.
Exclusive: I analyzed the flawed and biased-towards-Hamas Gazan Ministry of Health (MOH) casualty figures, which are no doubt inflated, and discovered EVEN THEY SUPPORT the contention that Israel is targeting terrorists! 🧵 /1
Gaza's MOH have been releasing the names and IDs of Gazans allegedly killed. Because this info is presented in PDFs, they were difficult to analyze until now. But a group called Airwars built a tool to search these lists /2airwars.org/research/moh-l…
Both the MOH (i.e. Hamas) and Airways are problematic, but I thought I would anyway take the Airwars tool based on the MOH data, and do an analysis to see what I would discover.
So I used their tool to download a CSV file of the data, and used pivot tables to analyze deeper. /3
It has taken me a while to comment on the @realDonaldTrump plan for post war, because I wanted to avoid any knee-jerk reaction and rather think more deeply about it. Here are some main thoughts 🧵
1. Many think the plan sounds insane, but the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. President Trump seems to understand this, hence the paradigm shift with this plan.
2. Too many are analyzing the plan as is, without considering that Donald Trump is a very successful businessman and master negotiator. I think it behooves us to see this plan as more of a negotiation tactic. The plan might be a way to scare Hamas into concessions, for example.
With the killing of ISM activist #AysenurEzgiEygi in the news, now seems like as good time as ever to share some revelations from ISM activist Daniel Borg, as published on Israellycool in 2015.
"Before joining the ISM group in Hebron, I had my training in Ramallah during two days. How to obstruct IDF ops. How to freely walk in a neighborhood and alert the coordinators as to the movements of incoming IDF patrols... Shield stone-Molotov-throwing militants. Yes. Our job."
"The Fatah-coordinators made it clear to us that ISM uses only non-violent means of resistance, but in the meantime stressed that if the Palestinians choose to use violence our job is to shield them."
Over 21 years ago, I started Israellycool as a creative outlet and way to let off some steam.
Soon, as Israel faced regular wars and levels of antisemitism in the world rose, I felt a pressing need to invest more time in it and focus more on the topics of Israel and Jew hatred.
It was a challenge to be able to churn out regular content while holding a demanding day job as a manager in a hi tech company, but I somehow managed to find the balance.
In 2012, maintaining the balance would become even more difficult, as my late wife was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer.
