Do interviewers frown upon the use of ChatGPT or Grok during interviews? If so, why? And if we aim to integrate AI with humans through technologies like Neuralink and Apple Glass to achieve superhuman intelligence, why is AI assistance frowned upon in interviews?

1/ Interviews shape careers & lives, so efficiency matters. We must cut waste—like outdated or irrelevant questions—to keep them focused and fair, especially in tech roles.

2/ Not all interviewers can spot wasteful questions. A global repo of prohibited ones would standardize the process and prioritize real skills over outdated probes.
3/ A curated list of banned questions would streamline tech interviews, ensuring candidates are judged on competence, not irrelevant trivia or biases.
Companies should have access to a unified database where they can view a candidate’s single, comprehensive profile. Expecting job seekers to create countless resume versions for endless applications is inefficient and unsustainable. #Hiring #JobSearch
If companies can’t even streamline hiring without causing distress, what value do they truly bring to humanity? If they can’t find talent efficiently, why should they be funded? #Hiring #FutureOfWork
Every day, countless talented and passionate job seekers grow frustrated with the hiring process—some even losing hope. If companies keep ignoring this easily solvable problem, what good are they to society? Where is their corp responsibility? Why should they be funded? #Hiring
“If the justice (truth) is on your side, you don’t need a lawyer. If the justice (truth) is not on your side, even if you have a lawyer it’s only a waste of time”
This is what I said to someone in the courthouse parking lot today.
When I was driving home, I was saying this to myself and started to write this content in my mind.
As I was thinking about it, I realized that this is not true all the time. Because of access to the legal expertise, truth doesn’t matter some or most? of the time.
Then I thought that may be we need some good changes to the system? Why can’t we have only teams of public prosecutors, investigators, detectives who work towards finding the truth and documenting it??
