NEW - Breaking Exclusive: Corruption in Karmelo Anthony's Defense and Advocacy

Karmelo Anthony's newly hired attorney, Kim T. Cole, is general counsel to the Next Generation Action Network Foundation. NGAN is a BLM-supporting 501(c)(3) that, based on a full investigation, has brought in six figures, yet has filed a total of only two IRS reports since its inception in 2014. According to federal law, 501(c)(3)s are required to file annual returns of their income and expenses with the Internal Revenue Service. Records also show that the organization received a grant from another entity called "Good Work Dallas" with the same registered address, which can indicate alleged money laundering.

They have also repeatedly opened new 501(c) organizations (3 and 4) under slightly different names, and when their status is revoked for lack of financial filing or when pressure is placed on them to file, they start a new entity. This leaves room for money to "disappear." This involves multiple federal EINs, state recognition, and missing entities in between the years that each 501(c) has begun.

The fraudulent foundation is run and was founded by Dominique Alexander, Karmelo Anthony's "family advocate" and a known felon with a history of fraud, forgery, corruption woman battery and a conviction for child abuse. Dominique also has a history of provoking violent protesting, arriving at people's private homes to "protest," and intimidating jurors.

Dominique was also responsible for the protest in Dallas that ended with Micah Johnson's gunfire and five officers dead. Karmelo Anthony's newly hired attorney, Kim T. Cole, is also Dominique's attorney.

In a recent press conference, Dominique Alexander spoke as Karmelo's advocate, stating that the "bond was too high" and defended the argument of "self-defense." He said that Karmelo's family was dealing with "racism and bigotry" (he stated this phrase about a dozen times). When asked about the knife carried by Karmelo, he justified Karmelo's right to hold the knife by comparing his case to Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse. He then told a blatant falsehood and said that Austin Metcalf's brother said in a media interview that Karmelo Anthony told Austin Metcalf, "Don't put your hands on me." Not only were these words never stated, but the arrest report relays that the exact words were, "Put your hands on me and see what happens."

This lie served to aggravate protesters, create a narrative to cause more divisiveness, and provoke more inflammatory racist behavior.

Presser videos. First was his response when asked about the knife. Second was his falsehood about statements made.
They have collected funds in the sum of 6 figures, but they’ve participated in what is known as “501(c) bouncing” when they don’t file with the IRS. They’ve only filed twice with the particular foundation they’re using now.

Dominique Alexander has a violent past.

About five years before Dominique Alexander founded Next Generation Action Network, he was arrested for causing serious bodily injury to his girlfriend's 2-year-old son.

Alexander pled guilty to the charge in 2011 and was sentenced to probation. However, he reportedly violated the terms of his probation multiple times, leading the judge to sentence him in 2016 to five years in prison. The judge counted his time spent on probation as part of the sentence, so Alexander only spent eight days behind bars for the offense, according to The Dallas Morning News.

In 2017, Alexander was indicted on felony theft charges related to a 2016 business dispute in Denton County. The charges were enhanced because of a previous conviction for forgery. He pled guilty and was sentenced to two days in jail, with credit for time served.

Alexander also allegedly shoved and head-butted his long-time partner, Keyaira D. Saunders. He was subsequently indicted for "continuous violence against the family," but those charges were dropped in 2021, DMN reported. He has also reportedly been convicted of evading arrest and making a false police report.

He has been said by a close associate to have anger issues, and has repeatedly been accused of abusing women. In a recent incident, he interrupted a press conference within Dallas City Hall and angrily confronted Dallas Police Association President Mike Mata.

Dominique Alexander worked on Democrat DA John Creuzot’s campaign.

Creuzot is the District Attorney responsible for releasing a confessed k*ller and Mexican illegal alien who k*lled a man in Dallas County in 2022 by stabbing him seven times, then set his corpse on fire.

The illegal received zero prison time despite pleading guilty to manslaughter. Instead, he was released into the community by the 265th District Court.Image

The organization has not filed a tax statement in four years. They have bounced from 501C to 501C. Why is this organization contracted with Dallas ISD? Teaching children a course on financial responsibility? Image
This is an ongoing investigation. We have barely touched the surface. I currently have several consultants looking over findings and the foundation itself.

I want to thank @FFAFamily for hard work in assistance with digging up some of this info. As well as @tharlPurdySalty for making me aware of this information and encouraging us to go down the rabbit hole.

I am looking for an attorney. Defamation has consequences. And if I need to crowdsource for the funds, I will.

Charleston White posted this an hour ago. It’s at 100k views and counting.

The entire video spews lies about the Metcalf family and Austin. He mentioned my name at least 100 times. He fantasized about white people dylng, saying he wanted to watch white people get sh0t in real life. He called me a meth wh0re, told everyone I was on drugs, and said my information is coming from “someone from the inside.” I can’t even repeat everything he said without going against TOS on this platform. It’s bad.

I want an attorney. And discovery will be revealing. He placed a target on me, my unborn child, and my family. I’m not going to stop reporting. But I’m also not going to sit here and continue to allow this libel to be spewed about me when viol*nt people are clearly involved.

If they can’t silence me, they will use incitement to get what they want. They know what they’re doing. How much were you paid, Charleston?

Full link to his video is in comments. If an attorney that wants to help sees this and believes I have a case, please reach out.
I’m all over his social media. Image

🚨Statement Release from Austin Firefighters Association. ARE YOU ANGRY YET? 🚨

It brings the Austin Firefighters no pleasure to report to the community that the Austin Fire Chief DENIED the deployment of Austin firefighters to Kerrville until very late into the event (so today!), with the exception of only 3 AFD rescue swimmers who helped staff helo teams (which still were NOT deployed until the afternoon of the 4th).

The Austin Firefighter Special Operations teams are specially trained for Hill Country swift water rescue and are some of the best, if not the best, swift water boat teams in the State of Texas.

It is absolutely outrageous that the Austin Fire Chief, Joel G. Baker, would not allow highly trained firefighters from Austin to respond to Kerrville. Because of this egregious dereliction of duty, LIVES WERE VERY LIKELY LOST BECAUSE OF CHIEF BAKER’S DECISION!

Deployment orders came down from the State of Texas on July 2. We would've been pre-deployed before the waters even began to rise!

It is unforgivable that a fire chief would NOT allow his firefighters to answer the call to save lives.
Why would Fire Chief Joel G. Baker do this, you may ask? It was a misguided attempt to save money. I say “misguided” because the fire department is fully reimbursed by the state to deploy. I explained the reimbursement process to Chief Baker last week, and he failed to understand this very simple concept.

We are disgusted with our fire chief. He needs to be held accountable and fired for his disgraceful dereliction of duty.
The Austin Firefighters are starting a vote of no confidence on Tuesday on the fire chief.

As disgusted as we are at our Austin Fire Department leadership, the Austin Firefighters Association made a decision to not air our dirty laundry while victims and bodies were still being recovered. But it's now July 7, and it's time that we hold accountable our disgraced fire chief, AND anybody else in his leadership circle who are responsible for this horrendous act.

The Austin Firefighters commit to being transparent to the community about this process to remove our fire chief and hold all of those accountable who were part of this atrocity.

The firefighters hope we have your support, because it's going to get ugly.

I can't possibly express to you how outraged and sickened the firefighters are that we were not allowed to do the job—the job that we have trained so hard and long to do—during the historic floods that just occurred in Kerrville. We could've made a difference, and we were forced to stand down and lives were lost.

The community deserves a fire chief who cares about the community as much as our firefighters, and that is simply not the case. Joel G. Baker must go!

Please support your Austin Firefighters by sharing this post.Image

UPDATE REGARDING SEMI DRIVER WHO FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL IN KAUFMAN COUNTY**

I have a 15-page inspection report from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for Hope Trans LLC, the company Alexis Companioni worked for.

According to a source, a former broker, “I’ve never seen so many violations from one company.”

Violations include multiple incidents of speeding, operating while talking or texting on a cellular device, hose and tube damage, reckless driving, failure to maintain lanes, worn or leaking tires, improper recordkeeping, incidents of driving over the legal hours, and MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS OF DRIVERS WHO CANNOT READ OR SPEAK ENGLISH.

This report covers a 12-month period and was generated today, July 4.Image

FULL REPORT ON SEMI DRIVER WHO FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL IN KAUFMAN COUNTY, INCLUDING EXCLUSIVE INFORMATION – A THREAD*

27-year-old Alexis Gonzalez-Companioni was charged with five counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated as*ault with a deadly weapon after a crash, caused by him falling asleep at the wheel, claimed five lives. Gonzalez-Companioni was in the United States seeking asylum from Cuba.

The victims k*lled were Billy McKellar, 79, of Tyler; Zabar McKellar, 52, of Fort Worth; Krishaun McKellar, 45, of Fort Worth; Kason McKellar, 16, of Fort Worth; and Nicole Gregory, 49, of Dallas.

One victim survived and was transported to the hospital, where she remains in critical condition.

According to my sources within immigration, Gonzalez-Companioni entered the country, like many Cubans, with his Spanish passport. It was a visa waiver passport, so he did not need a visa and entered under a Spanish vacation visa waiver. The limit for this visa is 90 days. However, Gonzalez-Companioni never left. That was in late November 2020.

He later applied for asylum as a Cuban and received work authorization. Residency was granted to him in 2022. As soon as he received residency due to asylum, he began traveling back and forth to Cuba.

According to my source, “DC is aware of this. He was placed on a watchlist. The moment a conviction is received, he will lose any legal status in this country.”

My previous reporting on the Austin trucker (another tragedy caused by an immigrant seeking asylum) from Ethiopia received widespread attention, including a statement from Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy, who said it was under investigation. Yet, the Austin trucker is free on $7,000 bail, and no further updates have been provided.

~Continue for more information regarding the LLC Gonzalez-Companioni worked for. All information and ties point overseas.Image
First, it is important to note that the research done on the LLC could not have been done without help from my team member, @FFAFamily. Please follow her.
It is also important to note the very concerning amount of weight that this driver clearly has. According to multiple sources that I have within the trucking industry, a neck size over 17" and/or a BMI over 28 can lead the medical examiner to send the driver for a sleep apnea test. There are certain numbers that make it mandatory.

“I've seen a lot of drivers and question how they pass their physical every year. The DOT physician that signed his medical certification should be looked into”Image

BREAKING: Karmelo Anthony submitted an Indigent Packet to the Collin County Court, requesting court-appointed legal representation as an indigent (financially destitute) defendant.

However, just 24 hours ago, the Anthony family updated their GiveSendGo campaign to reflect a need to raise an additional $1.4 million for “a legal team.”

Karmelo Anthony’s mother, Kala Hayes, who manages the GiveSendGo, stated on April 17th (two months ago) that they had just gained access to the funds. At that time, they had already raised $350,000. The fundraiser has now reached $538,000.

According to a source, their current known attorney, Mike Howard, is more than likely charging a retainer fee of $10,000–$30,000 and charges $400–$500 per hour.

Where did the money go? Why do they need $1.4 million? Will they be granted indigence and an appointed attorney with a GiveSendGo of this magnitude? Is this considered fraud?Image
Kala Admitted on April 17th that they had access to funds. (Two months ago)
Clarification- The Anthony family updated their GiveSendGo campaign to reflect a need to raise an additional amount of funds, BRINGING THE GOAL to $1.4 million for “a legal team.”
