Why is Adam "Watermelon Head" Schiff so desperate to block Ed Martin from becoming U.S. Attorney in Washington D.C.?
Is Schiff actually worried about "politicizing" the office?
Or is @SenAdamSchiff a key insider riding the mortgage fraud gravy train? 🧵👇🏻
🚨 In 2003 Schiff signed a $610,000 mortgage on a home in Maryland.
He swore under penalty that he would live there as his primary residence.
But guess what?
He bought a house in Burbank, CA just days earlier, and lived there.
Melon Head forgot to cover his tracks.
Schiff signed legal documents promising to move into the MD house within 60 days and live there for a year, but didn't.
📍 Burbank, CA — purchased May 30, 2003
📍 Potomac, MD — mortgaged June 5, 2003
Representatives must live in the state they represent, Schiff represents CA.
📉 Maryland tax records confirm it:
Schiff has never claimed the MD home as his primary residence.
So why sign mortgage documents saying he would?
Simple: You get better loan terms by lying.
That’s mortgage fraud.
Watermelon Head strikes again.
But wait, there's more…
In 2009 and 2010, Schiff refinanced the same Maryland property and again swore it was his primary residence.
In 2020, he finally changed his story — calling it a “second home.”
Why the change?
Schiff didn’t use First Republic like @AWeissmann_ and @MichaelCohen212
But he’s playing the same game:
✔️ Contradictory residency declarations
✔️ Multiple refinances
✔️ Hidden perks
✔️ Possible state tax fraud
✔️ False statements under federal mortgage laws
Now he's trying to kill @EagleEdMartin's confirmation.
Coincidence?
Or is Pencil Neck @SenAdamSchiff worried that a real prosecutor might finally do something about a Judicial and Legislative Branch linked Lawfare Enterprise that enables widespread mortgage fraud?
Was the increased scrutiny of running for Senate the motivating factor to finally come clean and make this weak attempt to correct the record?
I woke up this morning to find an obnoxious post from @RepRaskin. Do people think he might be involved in the Lawfare Enterprise Loan Scam? Looks like some interesting information is recorded on his deed...

🧵What does Andrew Weissmann have to do with Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels, and the Letitia James-driven New York hush money trial?
At first glance, maybe nothing, but was Weissmann's role really just limited to MSNBC commentary?
Under closer scrutiny, a pattern emerges — one that begins with a Lawfare Enterprise suborning a secret illicit payment and ends in a mega million dollar mortgage racket granting insiders incredibly favorable terms on loans they may never pay back while the rest of us go broke.
Everyone (even @NormEisen) remembers Cohen paid Stormy Daniels, but the devil is in the details regarding how he paid her.
💰💰He got a $500,000 HELOC, quietly issued just days before the FBI raided him.
💰💰 But that loan didn’t come from just any ol' bank...
🧵Was Andrew Weissmann's Magical $1M Mortgage Dumb Luck or Massive Fraud?
This "suspiciously timed loan" is starting to look like a rigged asset transfer hidden with the foreknowledge of a pending bank collapse and buttressed by a litany of bold felonies... 👇🏻
We know about Andrew's $1 million mortgage signed April 26, 2023 with First Republic Bank for two luxury Tribeca condos bought from a Jeffrey Epstein associate.
But why would a bank be issuing loans five days before collapse? May 1, FDIC seized the bank then JPMorgan took over.
Normally, a bank in crisis shuts off lending. It doesn’t issue new $1M adjustable rate mortgages with remarkably favorable borrower terms just days before its impending death, but that's exactly what First Republic did for Dandy Andy...
🚨BREAKING: Former Mueller prosecutor and criminal lawfare practitioner Andrew Weissmann bought $7.5M in NYC real estate from a longtime Jeffrey Epstein co-investor just days before the bank funding the deal collapsed.
This is not a conspiracy theory. It's documented below: 🧵
Meet Dandy Andy's pal Leonard Toboroff:
• NYC real estate attorney
• Activist investor
• Business partner of Jeffrey Epstein in the 1980s
• Named in FL State Attorney's Palm Beach Epstein files
• Allegedly helped Epstein launder 💰💰 from Tower Financial (per Steven Hoffenberg)
In 1988, Toboroff, Epstein, and Nederlander co-invested in Riddell Sports:
• Epstein lied about the source of funds.
• The $1.6M investment included funds Hoffenberg later said were stolen from investors.
• Hoffenberg testified the money came from his $460M Ponzi scheme.
• Toboroff didn’t seem to care.
Boasberg's emergency Signalgate hearing was prompted by an unsubstantiated claim that Trump advisors used auto-delete to destroy records.
So far, there's been no discovery, no FBI investigation, no authenticated witness testimony or even any verified sources...
Jeffrey Goldberg claims this cropped screenshot submitted with the emergency filing shows @realDonaldTrump cabinet members including @SecDef had messages set to auto-delete.
Plaintiffs provided no metadata, no forensics, just a manipulated image from this guy...
The screenshot hasn't been authenticated. There's no chain of custody, no subpoena, no technical analysis.
Despite that, it was used in federal court as proof of record destruction and chief judge Boasberg found it sufficient to call a hearing for a restraining order...
🚨🚨BREAKING🚨🚨
This could be substantial. I have discovered that Dashcam M500-010482 as released by @JudicialWatch has three independent audio tracks each with different sound. I've separated the tracks and output three versions for everyone to evaluate. #GigaSync
Track 2 displays different audio characteristics and I think I hear something at the end that I haven't heard on any other recording
Track 3 also differs, each track over modulates in different parts, it feels like we had three different microphones recording on this system. Does anyone know how this @MotoSolutions Dashcam works? Are there exterior microphones?
