multiple paratracheal and hilar lymph nodes have resolved
LLL lung nodule resolved
lt lateral supraclav node 7x5mm SV 5.3 to 1.4x1.2cm SUV 11.8 (inflammatory?)
3. Guardant360: cfDNA drop 60% from 0.9% to 0.4%
