Met a Communist in Kolkata... After a while, he explained why Nathuram Godse is correct and worth idolising.

And that's why he is gonna vote for the BJP.
Because it's the least Gandhian party.

Mamata Banerjee according to him is Gandhian.
If one girl is raped, she allows another rape to happen.
Like a true Gandhian.

According to him, CPIM does too much Gandhi Gandhi. So he doesn't like them anymore.
I pointed out that Narendra Modi idolises Gandhi too.

His response: "But that's only in words. Not action. A true Gandhian would not have attacked Pakistan."

He is fan of Shubhash Chandra Bose. Considers him a lion.
I asked him how is he a Communist if he supports BJP, Narendra Modi and wants Yogi Adityanath, Himanta in West Bengal.

He corrected me saying he is a Bengali Communist, not just a Communist.

"Amar jonno Marx theke boro Maa" (Maa (Durga/Kali) is more important to me than Marx."

So, he wants a Yogi-like leader in West Bengal.

Also, he thinks PM Modi has Communist characteristics. His evidence is that PM Modi forces Adani/Ambani to work for Indian interests.
