When was the first time you publicly stood up for what was right? No matter the cost?

September 30, 2022. Sacramento State Capital Building, Sacramento, California.

Together with Dr. Len Saputo, Atty Leigh Dundas, Steve Kirsch, and more lawyers, doctors, and advocates, we opposed AB2098. That was the last day and the last hour for Gov Newsom Turing, veto, or do nothing.

WARN ABOUT THE DANGERS OF AB 2098 FOR THE FIRST TIME IN CALIFORNIA HISTORY, THE STATE WILL DICTATE WHAT INFORMATION DOCTORS CAN SHARE WITH THEIR PATIENTS

Press Conference at the Capitol, Friday 9/30, 12:00 PM

SACRAMENTO, CA - Assembly Bill 2098 ("AB 2098") has passed through the legislature and is currently awaiting the signature of Governor Gavin Newsom. If AB 2098 becomes law, it will designate the dissemination of
"misinformation" or "disinformation" related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or "COVID-19," as "unprofessional conduct."

AB 2098 will require the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California to punish any licensed physician and surgeon who contradicts "contemporary scientific consensus" as it relates to "the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines."

Informed consent will be forever taken away from patients.

Governor Newsom has until Friday September 30, 2022 to veto the bill.

Doctors, attorneys, and patients will address these concerns in the upcoming "Veto AB 2098" press conference.

"This bill will destroy the doctor-patient relationship as it will prohibit us from giving our patients all the information so they can give us informed consent," Len Saputo, M.D said. "A doctor patient relationship is personal and the practice of medicine requires that every patient get individualized treatment. Prohibiting us from giving treatment alternatives will destroy the trust patients have in us. If we dare to provide all of the information, we risk our license to practice," he added. Doctor Saputo has been a licensed California Physician for more than 50 years.

Physicians across the United States and legal experts say AB 2098 violates the Hippocratic Oath and the First Amendment, rumble.com/c/c-1878958.

This bill would violate the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship by restricting physician recommendations in shared medical decision-making with their patients. It would also limit scientific discourse and medical innovation in the State of California.

"This bill will work to muzzle doctors," says Peter McCullough, M.D. "The bill basically says there will be a central authority that will decide the truth, a ministry of truth if you will, and any doctor that says anything not in line with this
"truth", will be subject to losing their license and or suffer fines only around COVID." he
emphasized.

"The COVID injection is still not FDA approved. Under federal law that makes it "experimental."" says Tracy L. Henderson, Esq. an attorney who is also the founder of California Parents Union. "By taking an experimental medication, one is entering themselves into a medical trial.”

“This process requires informed consent prior to participation, which means people need information about all of the risks and benefits given to them so they are fully informed. If this does not happen, federal and state law like Health and Safety Code Section 24176 is violated," she explained.

“It also is important to understand that it is illegal to enter children into medical trials unless there is a benefit, per federal law. AB 2098 not only destroys patient's ability to trust their doctors to help them make truly informed decisions, but it violates federal law," she added.

Dr. Margaret Aranda, an anesthesiology pain management doctor and traumatic brain injury survivor, sees AB 2098's slippery slope, stating, "This bill could dictate one COVID treatment today, then one pain medication or chemotherapy the next, setting a bad precedent. AB 2098 takes no interest in the individual patient, co-morbidities, or other treatments, including early treatment or prolonged rehabilitation. AB 2098 makes no sense. It's a horrible mistake. It must fail."

Dr. Marcus Wheeler, a family medicine doctor in Bakersfield, CA warns, "AB 2098 represents a clear and present danger to the people of California. AB 2098 must be vetoed in order to maintain the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship and preserve medical freedom in California."

Moreover, Abraxas Hudson of Delaware Medical Freedom Alliance is alert to the broader implications of this bill, "Codifying medical censorship into law is a dangerous precedent that will ripple beyond California.”

DOJ v. DR. KIRK MOORE

But How Can This Be? When Fauci has Maimed and Killed, and hundreds of thousands of doctors have REPEATEDLY given the shots AND BOOSTERS, causing Myocarditis, Blood Clots, and Turbo Cancer?

What Happened, in Dr. Kirk Moore’s Words:

In 2020, Dr. Moore started treating people “who no one else wanted to treat”.

Previous to his clinic shutting down after it was invaded by the government, Dr. Moore had bought into the narrative. He treated 800 to 1,000 people just through word-of-mouth, without advertising; he saw 50-100 patients a week and called in prescriptions of ivermectin, hydroxycloroquine, and more.

“I started treating people who were knocking down my door… basically, just doing the humanitarian thing, right, of taking care of people when people are hurting, struggling, and having difficulty.”

Furthermore, Dr. Moore did this not just as a Hippocratic oath, but as a human being to do the best he could to help people. He wanted to make a difference and did so until just about a week ago.

“When the narrative began to say,
“We’re not going to see things get back to normal until we get a shot in everybody’s arm".”

Dr. Moore:

“That, to me, was tyrrany.”

“You get to early 2021, you start hearing about not being able to go back to work, not being able to fly without a shot, not get a medical procedure without a shot, and especially where it affected the children when they said, ‘You’re not going to be able to school without a shot”, when you’re 12 years old and older.”

“All from a government agency, the CDC, which is an advisory to the government. There are no laws that were passed, Congress never sat down and said, ‘Hey, this is now a new law” using their legislative power to pass something to get it to the desk of the President.”

“This was just nothing but mandates and edicts.”

“So I signed up to become a vaccine clinic in May of 2021. The numbers were just starting to come out — I think in January of 2021, there were 700 reported deaths to VAERS, just in the one month, which was the first full month of the VAERS launch.”

“And presumably, that was only to a relatively healthy portion of the population, healthy first responders. These were the same people who had been treating people with Covid, being exposed to the same disease for almost the last year. And yet, they were mandated and being injected with this ‘safe and effective’ product.”

“To me, we hadn’t been able to find a cure for cancer in 100 years. We hadn’t been able to find a vaccine for AIDS in 40 years. And now, all of a sudden, Operation Warp Speed is going to give us something in 9 months? And who knows how many corners they were cutting?”

“I did know. I read all the research, including all the animal studies. There weren’t any human subjects that were tested. So it was surprising to me that this was believed ‘hook, line, and sinker’ not only by the public, but by the profession.”

“My first red flag was when they said there was no treatment. That was, to me, and I use this analogy:”

“When I first started out in practice, I did alot of breast reconstruction surgery and so breast cancer is somewhat known to me.”

“I don’t remember anybody ever telling me, “Hey, when you get a mammogram, or you feel a nodule in the breast, don’t worry about it.”

“When you start to feel it erode through the skin, then at that point, we’ll treat you”. That’s just the paradigm. And so I made that analogy all the time! Why are we doing this?”

“That’s just so antithetical to me, when you always want to get everything in its early stages, when you want to treat something, get ahead of it, address all the issues and find the underlying source. All of those things.”

“So 2021 comes around, and I’m pretty flabergasted. I’m pretty quiet. I’m not saying anything, I’m not doing anything. I sign up to be a vaccine clinic because my patients were asking,”

“Hey, what do I do?”

“So April, May, I sign up to become a vaccine clinic and before you know it, I’m treating 50 to 100 people a week. They come to me. I’m not advertising. I’m a plastic surgeon, okay? What am I doing doing vaccines? It’s just total word of mouth. It started with my patients, then those with children who had no ability to home school or do the kinds of things we’re doing now.”

“And so, we’re scrambling. I had all kinds of people asking for help.”

“So I opened up a vaccine clinic and started treating kids. I was doing it with full informed consent, full knowledge of the parents. They were coming to me for one reason only. And kids were able to go back to school and participate in life the way we had in 2019 and before.”

“It was kind of a really eye-opening experience to me, this whole Covid thing. You always have this skeptism about the government.”

“You wonder why they raise taxes, or what is it about certain things, laws passed, everything else.
And then you start realizing this has been in the works for decades, centuries.”

“And, historically, this is what they’ve done through history with the passage of time. This is what they’ve done since the Roman Empire. It’s what they did during the Depression, World War I, World War II…”

“You realize it was just a means to an end, and their end was mass genocide.”

— Before the first Pfizer shot, 55 smart people withdrew from the study and never got the shot.

— After Doses #1 and #2, the Placebo group had significantly more Covid and withdrawals from the study.

Then the study was “unblinded” and everyone knew which group they were in. The study became “Open Label”.

People were allowed to “Cross Over” from the Pfizer group to Placebo.

— No one chose to Cross Over from Placebo to Pfizer. (YES, Absolutely No One ran to get the Pfizer shot)

***Initial Follow Up***

— 3 deaths occurred: 1 in Pfizer group, and 2 in the Cross Over group.

(— Why did 2 people who were allowed to “Cross Over” from Pfizer to Placebo do so? It seems reasonable that they probably felt sick and/or had remorse.)

***The Total Deaths***

— Pfizer = 21. Placebo = 15.

***The Causes of Death***

— Both groups had 1 HIV death.

** After Dose #1***

— Pfizer: Of 131 who got Covid, 1 died of Covid* = 0.76%.
— Placebo: Of 1,034 who got Covid, 2 died of Covid = 0.19%.

**After Dose #2***

We Don’t have a breakdown of Covid Deaths

***Risk of Death from Covid after Dose #1***

— Death from Covid = Pfizer 0.76% vs Placebo 0.19% = a 4X Covid death rate from the Pfizer shot.

***Death Rate from Cardiac Arrest***

— Pfizer Group: Of 21 deaths, 4 were from Cardiac Arrest = 4/21 = 19.1%.

— Placebo Group: Of 15 deaths, 1 was from Cardiac Arrest = 1/15 = 6.67%.

— Death from Cardiac Arrest = Pfizer 19.1% vs Placebo 6.67% = a 2.86X Cardiac Arrest death rate from the Covid shot.

***SUMMARY OF DEATHS***

— After Dose #1, the Pfizer Group was 4X more likely to die of Covid.

— We don’t know the ratio after Dose #2. We also don’t know how many were hospitalized with subsequent Hospital Protocols that killed, i.e., Remdesivir/Veklury.

— After Doses #1 & 2, the Pfizer Group was 2.86X more likely to die of Cardiac Arrest.

🛑After Pfizer Dose #1, “the cure” killed via Covid 4X more than the disease.

🛑 After Pfizer Doses #1 & #2, Cardiac Arrest killed about 3X more than Placebo.
