Breaking: Qatari Embassy paid a PR firm to land its Prime Minister an interview with Tucker Carlson.

New exposé from @RobertSchmad reveals that Lumen8 Advisors LLC — a registered foreign agent — facilitated the sit-down. The firm rakes in $180,000 per month from Qatar 🧵 Image
But that's not all.

According to the official FARA filing, the date that Lumen8 and Tucker agreed to conduct the interview was Feb 26 — over one week before the interview aired.

The stated purpose of the interview suggests the pro-Qatar narrative was set in advance (obviously). Image
In other words, Tucker was approached by a PR firm hired by the Qatari Embassy to conduct a glowing interview with their PM.

We may never know if he himself was paid, but the fact is, this wasn’t journalism—it was straight-up PR. Image
In addition to the Tucker findings, the Examiner revealed that between January 1, 2024 and election day, just over 10% of communications sent by Qatari foreign agents to the media were directed to conservative outlets or commentators.
However, since Republicans won control of the White House, the proportion of messages sent by Qatari operatives to conservative outlets and commentators surged to ovwr 50% of their total correspondence with the media, in a clear bid to shore up support among conservatives. Image
Established outlets like Fox News Digital, Just The News, the New York Post, the Daily Mail, and the Washington Examiner were all targeted to varying degrees by Qatari foreign agents in the months following Trump’s election, records show.
As I wrote on my Subst*ck literally yesterday, conservatives need to beware of the Islamists — especially Qatar — of infiltrating and influencing its ranks.

I just hope we're not too late.

This needs to be enshrined into law like yesterday

It looks like Lumen8 Advisors LLC has provided services to both the Government of Qatar and the U.S. Department of Justice.

However, it's still unclear whether those relationships overlapped or took place during the same time period.

Darryl Cooper just handed himself a brutal self-own — all thanks to his belief in unregistered Iranian foreign agent @tparsi, who's blatantly lying about the death of a young girl named Rahaf Ayad.

Because here's the thing: She isn't dead. Let’s break it down 🧵 Image
The catalyst for @martyrmade's self-own is this viral video posted by Trita Parsi.

It's really sad, as anyone with a conscience should recognize. (It's also all Hamas' fault, obvs.)

But Rahaf isn't dead or even starving. She's sick — something Trita Parsi conveniently left out. Image
Look closely: her parents show no signs of malnourishment.

And check the full-body photo of Rahaf — this isn’t what starvation looks like. It’s what severe illness looks like.

How do we know? Image

They'll call Hassan Eslaiah a "journalist."

But he was not a journalist. In fact, by his own admission, he only had one goal: "To kill the J*ws" Image

This is, of course, in addition to him invading Israel on October 7th and also helping terrorists launch incendiary balloons at Israel

Any time the groypers, Woke Right, or isolationists ask about the benefits of the U.S.-Israel relationship — show them this infographic.

Let's zoom in 🧵 Image
As of 2024, Israel accounted for approximately 18.4% of U.S. goods exports to the region — not 25% like it was in 2011. Still a big fat chunk of change, though. Image
American R&D centers based in Israel, which is a powerhouse in cleantech, healthcare innovation, and other tech sectors Image

This latest NYT drivel is making the rounds. Let’s be clear: any food or health crisis in Gaza is entirely the fault of Hamas—as others far smarter than me have pointed out.

But to make matters worse, the piece leans on Hamas-aligned “journalists” and a Jew-hating Gaza doctor🧵 Image
Firstly, one of the co-authors of the piece — and the one reporting on the ground in Gaza — is Saher Alghorra.

As @HonestReporting previously documented, Alghorra had a "questionable" Oct. 7th post and referred to the slaughtered Bibas boys and their mother Shiri as "prisoners." Image
Image
Now, onto my favorite character from the article: Dr. Ghazi al-Yazji, head of nephrology at Al-Shifa Hospital, and the only doctor cited by name in the entire piece. Image

Foreign Funding to American Universities: $29 Billion in Four Years!

A major new report by @ncri_io, shared exclusively with @TheFP, reveals a surge in foreign funding of U.S. universities—especially from authoritarian regimes like Qatar and China. Let's break it down 🧵 Image
🔸️ Foreign countries such as China and Qatar have poured nearly $29 billion into American universities between 2021 and 2024 — more than double the total of the previous four years.
🔸️ This $29 billion accounts for nearly half of the $57.97 billion in foreign funding since the federal government began tracking donations in 1986.

🔸️ Qatar is the largest source of foreign donations to U.S. universities since 1986, providing a total of $6.3 billion.

Geoffrey Corn — former judge advocate general in the U.S. Army, senior adviser on the laws of war for the U.S. Army, and now a respected law professor — spoke to The New Yorker about Israel’s operations in Gaza 🧵 Image
Drawing on his unparalleled expertise, Corn offers a clear-eyed explanation of how Israel is applying international law in one of the most complex war zones on earth.

His insights are based on first-hand findings from several trips to Gaza and Israel since October 7th.
🔸 Corn described the devastation in Rafah as looking like "Berlin after World War Two," but made clear that destruction alone does not prove illegality — outcomes must be judged by the decision-making, not by appearances.
