No will.
No heirs.
No lawyer.
No heir or administrator was officially appointed.
Yet her home was transferred to Robert James and his "wife" Tish in 1983.

Judge Cassandra appears to be less than 45 years old. She graduated law school in 2006 and was sworn in this year. So how is her name on a facially defective probate petition from 1982 with no death cert, no Admin, and all heirs excluded? How did this make it through her court?

To be clear, none of this is hearsay or "tin foil hat conspiracy theory." Nobody needs to appear under oath to raise their right hand and testify. This is self-authenticating evidence that has already been filed in court and sworn to under penalty or perjury, but who filed it?

The 1983 deed came from “administrator” Thomas M. Rose — who had no stated relation to the decedent.

That's the same name as a U.S. District Court judge appointed by George W. Bush.
