(1/10) #Culiacan #Sinaloa #Tijuana #BajaCalifornia We’re back with exclusive information! We got new details about the cooperation agreements involving Ovidio Guzmán López and his brother Joaquín, as well as the story behind how 17 of their relatives entered the United States. While the family’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman—who has vastly increased his fortune representing El Chapo and his sons—denies that the U.S. government granted entry to the Guzmán López family members as part of any deal, the truth can’t be hidden. The U.S. doesn't hand out privileges of that magnitude for free.Image
Image
(2/10) Since September 2024, Ovidio Guzmán López had been trying to convince U.S. prosecutors to allow him to remove his closest relatives from Mexico, arguing their lives were in danger due to the ongoing war between his brother Iván and Ismael Zambada Sicairos, a.k.a. "El Mayito Flaco."Image
Image
(3/10) After months of negotiations, the U.S. government agreed to grant special entry permits to 17 family members of Ovidio and Joaquín Guzmán López so they could start a new life far from the violence in Sinaloa. Initially, Ovidio submitted a list of 27 names, but the U.S. only approved 17, who crossed into the U.S. through the San Ysidro Port of Entry on May 9.Image
(4/10) It’s important to clarify that this was not a voluntary surrender to U.S. immigration agents, as some media have claimed, but rather a pre-arranged crossing coordinated between Ovidio, Joaquín, their attorneys and the U.S. Department of Justice. Image
(5/10) On the morning of May 9, three King Air 200 aircraft arrived in Ensenada, Baja California, from Culiacán. On board were the closest relatives of Ovidio and Joaquín Guzmán López, including their mother, Griselda López Pérez, one of El Chapo Guzmán’s wives. Image
(6/10) Also among them were Ovidio’s wife, Adriana Meza Torres, and their three daughters: Adriana, Griseli, and María Joaquina. Most of the individuals who crossed into the U.S. that day belong to the Guzmán López family, with two exceptions: Alejandrina Gisselle Guzmán Salazar and her husband Edgar Cázares. These two are part of the Guzmán Salazar branch and were the only members from that side accepted by the U.S. government.Image
Image
(7/10) Once they arrived in Ensenada, the 17 family members were transported in Chevrolet Suburbans to Tijuana and dropped off at the San Ysidro Port of Entry. The person in charge of this operation was Jaziel Abdiel Guzmán Araujo, son of “El Guano” and Ovidio Guzmán López’s most trusted cousin.Image
Image
(8/10) But what did Ovidio and Joaquín provide in exchange for the U.S. welcoming these 17 relatives? Sources close to the case confirmed that the brothers delivered highly valuable intelligence, not only on the operations of the Sinaloa Cartel but also on other groups like that of Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, a.k.a. “El Chapo Isidro.” They also exposed connections between these criminal organizations and senior military and political figures within Mexico’s ruling Morena party, including Sinaloa Governor Rubén Rocha Moya and Tamaulipas Governor Américo Villarreal. Additionally, they provided the names of front companies and figureheads used by the Zambada family to launder drug money through industries such as hospitality, construction, and agriculture.Image
Image
Image
(9/10) Another major component of their cooperation involved a list of Chinese companies and individuals participating in the chemical supply chain for fentanyl production. Thanks to this information, the U.S. Department of Justice was able to identify dozens of companies responsible for manufacturing, importing, and laundering money linked to fentanyl, one of the top priorities of President Donald Trump’s administration.Image
(10/10) And what was the most significant part of Ovidio and Joaquín’s cooperation with U.S. prosecutors? The Guzmán López brothers handed over $14 billion to the United States government, including offshore bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, and properties in several cities across Mexico and worldwide. That staggering sum was the cherry on top that finally persuaded U.S. prosecutors to approve the entry of the 17 relatives. Ovidio will appear in court on July 9, 2025, to submit his guilty plea to Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman. Joaquín is due in court on June 2. (END)Image

(1/12) #LosAngeles #NewYork #LLDM The U.S. Department of Justice has unsealed a criminal indictment against Mexican pastor Naasón Joaquín García, self-proclaimed “Apostle of Jesus Christ,” and other leaders of the church La Luz del Mundo (LLDM). This is the most severe blow in the history of this religious organization.

After years of discreet investigations in Mexico and the United States, federal agents gathered the evidence needed to prove that La Luz del Mundo—headquartered in Guadalajara, Jalisco—is one of the greatest religious frauds of recent times. Instead of bringing light and salvation, it is a criminal organization involved in human trafficking, sexual abuse, child pornography, persecution of its own members, contract killings, and money laundering. Its ties to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) are undeniable. 🧵Image
(2/12) La Luz del Mundo brainwashes its followers through fear and manipulation, forcing them to donate much of their wages in tithes and offerings—warning that otherwise, they will not receive salvation or God’s forgiveness.

Members are indoctrinated so that, in their free time, they do not go to the movies, shopping, parks, or vacations, but instead work for the church without pay: remodeling temples, painting, cleaning, and organizing food sales that they must prepare, sell, and even buy themselves—delivering the cash to the church.

To outsiders, it seems absurd or even a tragicomedy; for those inside, it is their life, their faith—a blind faith in a false prophet.Image
(3/12) Much of this money—collected through tithes, offerings, food sales, and other events—is transported in cash to Guadalajara by human “mules”: church members compelled to deliver it to La Hermosa Provincia, the neighborhood owned by the church where its main temple is located.

For the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS), estimating the Joaquín family’s total fortune has been a monumental challenge because they rely on countless front men willing to die before revealing the church’s financial secrets.

Almost all funds have been handled in cash, leaving a difficult trail to follow. This is how they have acquired properties worldwide, enjoyed yachts, private jets, luxury car collections, trips, and every kind of indulgence.Image

(1/4) #Culiacan #Sinaloa A few weeks ago, we came across a verified Instagram account belonging to Iván Archivaldo Guzmán. It caught our attention because it featured several never-before-seen photos showing his face, as well as others portraying his lavish lifestyle. We immediately reached out to a source within the Sinaloa Cartel, who confirmed that Iván had authorized the creation of the account under the condition that only old photos were to be used—nothing current. A few days later, the account disappeared. Our source told us they had an issue with Instagram, but have since launched a new one. Here’s the new profile of Iván—take a look and tell us what you think. During that same conversation, we took the opportunity to ask our source about the current relationship between Aureliano Guzmán Loera, alias El Guano, and his nephew Iván Archivaldo. This is what they told us... 🧵Image
(2/4) Our source, who has worked closely with the Guzmán family for many years, told us that when the war between Los Chapitos and El Mayito Flaco began last year, El Guano chose to remain neutral. He also instructed his eldest son, El Guanito, to stay out of it. However, El Gabacho did decide to side with Los Chapitos, honoring his longstanding bond and friendship with them. That dynamic changed when El Mayito Flaco joined forces with Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, alias El Chapo Isidro, to invade La Tuna, steal ranches, evict locals, and seize drug labs. In response to these attacks, El Guanobecame enraged and ordered his men—La Gente del Guano (GDG)—to defend the territory that the Guzmán family has controlled for decades, even if it cost them their lives. That’s when this video surfaced.
(3/4) From that point forward, El Guano abandoned his neutral stance toward Los Chapitos and began to view the conflict with El Mayito Flaco as personal. As a result, he’s been sending reinforcements to various municipalities across Sinaloa to support his nephews. Aureliano Guzmán Salas, alias El Guanito, has also deployed men to back up his cousins. Here we share a never-before-seen photo of El Guanito, as the one circulating online from the altercation at a nightclub in Culiacán is actually not him, but rather his best friend, Juan Valdez, alias El Iraquí (The Iraki).Image

(1/5) #Exclusive #NuevoLaredo #Tamaulipas #Laredo #Texas In October 2024, U.S. intelligence agents monitoring the communications of a plaza commander from the Cartel del Noreste (CDN) (Former Zetas) in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, intercepted a conversation that triggered national security alarms. The CDN commander was instructing one of his lieutenants by phone to assemble a trusted team to cross into Laredo, Texas, with a high-value shipment arriving from Monterrey the following day... 🧵Image
(2/5) The shipment was small but extremely valuable. It was to be transported in a camping cooler across the Rio Grande in an inflatable raft, similar to those used by human smugglers to ferry migrants. On the U.S. side, it would be collected by CDN members residing in Texas. A human source informed U.S. agents that the shipment was radioactive material, allegedly being smuggled into the United States on behalf of a Middle Eastern terrorist organization, which had contracted the Cartel del Noreste to carry out the operation for a big payment.Image
(3/5) Once the shipment arrived in Nuevo Laredo from Monterrey, it was stored in a safe house near the Texas border. Around 15 CDN gunmen guarded the cooler as if it were a treasure. Intelligence agents alerted the U.S. Border Patrol and the Texas Department of Public Safety with the specific day and time of the planned radioactive material transport, so they could carry out the seizure and arrests. The CDN hitmen planned to cross the Rio Grande at night, unaware that U.S. border agents had drones in the air monitoring their every move.
