Underneath that, I care deeply about you and your ability to thrive. Unleashing your superpowers is important to me. I enjoy clearing paths for top talent to do great work.

I show that through high expectations, honest feedback, and real responsibility. I will work for you and will do everything I can to help you crush it.
2. Everything Is Work in Progress

I assume almost everything around us is broken or suboptimal. This is my default world view. The opportunity to work on hard problems and make a difference drives me. I believe we can make everything better and energized for the future.

I value working with others who can acknowledge when things aren't right and get excited about fixing things. I’d rather see reality clearly and fix it than spend time decorating it. You’ll know when I think it’s not working. Accept this from a place of caring deeply.
