In first order, Bombay highcourt granted bail to a Muslim Girl Khadija who was accused of chanting Pakistan Zindabad during operation Sindoor

Court not only granted her bail but also rebuked govt for arresting her for just supporting Pakistan during war and called it FoE

This order was passed by the bench of Justice Gauri Godse and Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen

In second shocking case

Bombay High court granted bail to a Muslim Yemani refugee Mohammed Subah who violated visa rules and was leaving secretly in India after visa expiry

This order was passed by the bench of Justice Gauri Godse and Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen

Third case was most shocking

Modi govt terminated the services of a Turkish firm due to national security reasons

But Bombay High court put stay order on this decision and gave relief to Turkish firm

This order was passed by Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen

So all these three controversial orders were passed by Justice Somashekhar where he saved

Let's talk about Justice Somashekhar

February 2022

Supreme Court Collegium recommended the appointment of Sundaresan as a judge of the Bombay High Court.

But Modi govt rejected his name and asked the collegium to reconsider its decision because Sundaresan allegedly posted views on matters that were sub-judice on

Social media and his past connections with dubious entities

Somashekhar was a corporate lawyer. He was a partner with J. Sagar Associates, a large national law firm. He headed firm’s securities law and financial sector regulatory practice.

His expertise was financial matters

But most shocking part was his association with Oxfam

He was board member of British NGO Oxfam India. Board member is brain of any NGO and can be said, they are brain behind every decisions

Let's talk about Oxfam

Oxfam is funded by George Soros's Open Society foundation
Ford Foundation
Rockefeller Foundation

So we can say Oxfam is a Deep State's NGO

Oxfam supplied arms to LTTE and is said to be "one of the most powerful & secretive British intelligence organizations acting under non-governmental cover".

Oxfam facing financial fraud cases in India and has had CBI raid in 2022-23

Oxfam is alleged of FCRA violations

It's alleged to transfer fund to CPR by violating norms.

CPR is Indian think tank, headed by Yamini Aiyyar who is daughter of Congress leader Manishankar Aiyyar.

Govt suspended it's FCRA licence

And all these things happened when Justice Somashekhar was the Board member of Oxfam

Somasekhar Sundaresan was appointed as a board member of Oxfam India on December 3, 2011. He served in this capacity for nearly 13 years before stepping down in late 2023.

He was always critical of Modi govt

He criticised Modi Govt's demonetization

Remember Amir Khan's "intolerance is increasing in India" remark of 2015

Somashekhar supported Amir Khan and wrote an article in support of Amir Khan

On recommendation of IB, Twitter had to suspend his account

Due to all these reasons, Modi govt declined to appoint him judge

The tussel between Supreme court collegium and Modi govt kept going for 2 years and finally Modi govt had to succumb under pressure of collegium

Justice Somasekhar Sundaresan was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on November 28, 2023.
