In first order, Bombay highcourt granted bail to a Muslim Girl Khadija who was accused of chanting Pakistan Zindabad during operation Sindoor
Court not only granted her bail but also rebuked govt for arresting her for just supporting Pakistan during war and called it FoE
This order was passed by the bench of Justice Gauri Godse and Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen
In second shocking case
Bombay High court granted bail to a Muslim Yemani refugee Mohammed Subah who violated visa rules and was leaving secretly in India after visa expiry
This order was passed by the bench of Justice Gauri Godse and Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen
Third case was most shocking
Modi govt terminated the services of a Turkish firm due to national security reasons
But Bombay High court put stay order on this decision and gave relief to Turkish firm
This order was passed by Justice Somashekhar Sundarsen
So all these three controversial orders were passed by Justice Somashekhar where he saved
A Pro Pakistani Muslim Indian girl
A Muslim Yemani intruder
A Muslim Turkish firm
Let's talk about Justice Somashekhar
February 2022
Supreme Court Collegium recommended the appointment of Sundaresan as a judge of the Bombay High Court.
But Modi govt rejected his name and asked the collegium to reconsider its decision because Sundaresan allegedly posted views on matters that were sub-judice on
Social media and his past connections with dubious entities
Somashekhar was a corporate lawyer. He was a partner with J. Sagar Associates, a large national law firm. He headed firm’s securities law and financial sector regulatory practice.
His expertise was financial matters
But most shocking part was his association with Oxfam
He was board member of British NGO Oxfam India. Board member is brain of any NGO and can be said, they are brain behind every decisions
Let's talk about Oxfam
Oxfam is funded by George Soros's Open Society foundation
Ford Foundation
Rockefeller Foundation
So we can say Oxfam is a Deep State's NGO
Oxfam supplied arms to LTTE and is said to be "one of the most powerful & secretive British intelligence organizations acting under non-governmental cover".
Oxfam facing financial fraud cases in India and has had CBI raid in 2022-23
Oxfam is alleged of FCRA violations
It's alleged to transfer fund to CPR by violating norms.
CPR is Indian think tank, headed by Yamini Aiyyar who is daughter of Congress leader Manishankar Aiyyar.
Govt suspended it's FCRA licence
And all these things happened when Justice Somashekhar was the Board member of Oxfam
Somasekhar Sundaresan was appointed as a board member of Oxfam India on December 3, 2011. He served in this capacity for nearly 13 years before stepping down in late 2023.
He was always critical of Modi govt
He criticised Modi Govt's demonetization
Remember Amir Khan's "intolerance is increasing in India" remark of 2015
Somashekhar supported Amir Khan and wrote an article in support of Amir Khan
On recommendation of IB, Twitter had to suspend his account
Due to all these reasons, Modi govt declined to appoint him judge
The tussel between Supreme court collegium and Modi govt kept going for 2 years and finally Modi govt had to succumb under pressure of collegium
Justice Somasekhar Sundaresan was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on November 28, 2023.

Elon Musk's departure from DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) shocked many. Once a key force in Trump’s government overhaul, he left abruptly. Here's how their alliance formed, why it broke down, and what followed.
1/14
In early 2025, Trump appointed Musk to lead DOGE, hoping his tech genius could slash bureaucracy and spending. Musk took the role seriously, planning to run government "like a company."

Musk moved quickly: he cut over 200,000 federal jobs, dismantled agencies like USAID, and brought in Tesla and SpaceX engineers to overhaul federal IT systems.
Savings soared but backlash grew.
We chose 1815 because this was the year when current map of Nepal came into existence; before that, India's Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, and a part of Bihar and Bangladesh were part of Nepal

Nepal’s political saga kicked off with the Anglo-Nepalese War (1814–1816) against the British East India Company.
The Treaty of Sugauli ended it, shrinking Nepal’s borders and ceding land like Sikkim. This loss fueled a fierce drive for sovereignty that shaped its future.
The Rana Regime
In 1846, Jung Bahadur Rana staged the brutal Kot Massacre, wiping out rival nobles to seize power. He founded the Rana regime, a repressive autocracy that lasted over a century.
The monarchy became a puppet, and the Ranas cozied up to the British for support.

France and Vietnam share a complex history.
France colonized Vietnam in the mid-19th century, ruling until 1954 when Vietnam gained independence after the Battle of Dien Bien Phu.
Diplomatic relations resumed in 1973, evolving into a comprehensive strategic partnership in 2024
Macron’s visit aims to boost France’s influence in Vietnam, a former colony, amid US tariff threats.
Objectives include deepening ties in defense, energy, and tech, positioning France as a reliable partner to Vietnam, balancing US and Chinese influence in Southeast Asia.
The dispute between Donald Trump and Harvard University (Explained)
America’s oldest and wealthiest university, is a major clash over academic freedom and alleged antisemitism. It began in 2023 and has escalated in 2025, affecting students and research
Let’s break it down
1/14
Background
Core of dispute is Antisemitism
After Hamas’ Oct 7, 2023, attack on Israel, US campuses saw protests over Israel’s Gaza war
Harvard was accused of not addressing antisemitism strongly enough, especially after its president’s unclear response in congressional hearing
Antisemitism is hatred or discrimination against Jews, often seen in stereotypes, violence, or exclusion.
In US, laws like Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act ban discrimination in education, including antisemitism.
States also have hate crime laws to punish such acts.
