💰Let’s talk numbers!

I booked the Deluxe Suite for 24,000 Accor Pts and requested a paid upgrade to the Presidential Suite 5 days before arrival. Got a sweet 30% off on top of the AccorPlus rate & ended up paying just 7,000 Accor Pts + ₹302 extra excluding Upgrade Charge! 🔥

We stayed for 2 nights and requested early check-in. After a rough stay at our previous hotel, we arrived at 10:30 AM—tired and sleep-deprived.

But the moment we stepped in, we were recognised instantly and escorted to the Executive Lounge for a seamless check-in ✨🙌🏻

After check-in, Ms. Phan—the ever-smiling GEM—personally assisted us with local trips, restaurant recos, and even handed us a custom-marked map 🗺️ All while we sipped on two cups of rich Vietnamese coffee ☕️

Soon after, we were escorted to our suite! ✨

The suite was massive yet incredibly functional 🛋️ But the real star? A stunning 270° view of Hanoi! 🌆

Whether waking up from the bed or soaking in the tub 🛁, the sight of the Old Town made every moment feel magical. An absolute visual treat! 🤩💫

The hotel features an all-day-dining restaurant, a chic rooftop bar 🌇, and a cozy lobby lounge ☕—with a specialty restaurant on the way!

We enjoyed meals at the all-day-dining restaurant and rooftop bar, both offering sweet AccorPlus discounts 🍽️✨

Loc-Ally, the all-day-dining spot 🍴, served up our breakfast, lunch & dinner—and nailed it every time. The food quality was spot on 👌🏻

With a well-curated menu of local & international dishes, the spread was practical, not flashy—just the way we like it! 🌍✨

Vivu, the rooftop bar, was a highlight! 🌇 Sunset views were absolutely breathtaking, paired with top-notch cocktails 🍸 and tasty nibbles 🍢

Pro tip: Grab one of the tented corner spots for the best views while sipping your favorite drink—pure magic! ✨

We squeezed in a 60-min spa session and it was fantastic! 💆🏻‍♂️💆🏻 Cost-effective and super relaxing.

Though we didn’t book in advance, they surprised us with a 30% “Happy Hours” discount (2–5PM) 🎉

Such a sweet gesture and great value for money! 🧖🏻‍♀️💰

The only letdown? The pool 🏊🏻—a bit too small for a property this size. While the city view from here is stunning 🌆, space seems limited.

But if you’re into sunbathing, the cozy cabanas ☀️🛋️ definitely make up for it!

Even the base rooms impress! Loyalty is well-recognized—Platinum might just land a Deluxe Suite upgrade from base 🎉 No surprise, the GM’s an Accor veteran of 20+ years 🏨✨
