getting pitched 5+ stablecoin infra products a day. wild how few make it clear what’s actually theirs - do they control any underlying financial infra, or are they stitching together third party services? it's like the same 4-5 primitives, different wrappers...but treated like proprietary sauce.
would be better if this were more transparent.
what actually matters in this space is how directly a provider can execute and settle money movement. that distinction affects reliability, risk and cost, but it’s rarely made clear. so customers have to guess, dig or learn the hard way.
this kind of opacity shows up across fintech, but transparency could be a real differentiator. better to own the narrative than have your competitor explain your stack. it builds trust, makes evaluation easier and saves everyone time.

Please. Please just do this. There isn’t a shortage of talent. It’s often your biases of how you define talent and lack of ability to recognize talent and potential.
So easy. There are soooo many folks that can help. You just need to reach out. Heck, I’m sure your black employees have already suggested it. Act on it.
