The West's acceptance, embrace, and enrichment of the KGB-created PLO's Yasser Arafat is the reason why jihadists use Arafat's playbook today. Talk about peace (especially with Israel), unity, economic development, human rights, blah blah blah, while receiving Western aid used to fund global jihad. Arafat died with billions of dollars and much Israeli (and American and African) blood on his hands, all while enjoying consistently positive treatment in the Western media. Arafat/PLO's Western-created image as freedom fighters was so masterfully sold to the masses, the Wu-Tang Clan wrote a hit song in the 90s called P.L.O. Style.
