“ Become a ghost “ Go Ghost: upgrade Your Life in Silence
I again asked “ How to have a successful ghost mode season?”
He replied:
Here’s How To Go Ghost Mode:
Before we jump into it, I want you to know that, the modern man is an attention seeker.
They constantly feel the need to post something on social media because they want validation. Pathetic.
Every great man that has ever lived had a period where he wasn't seen by others.
A period where no one even knew what he was working on.
While he was making moves in the shadows.
This is called Ghost Mode, and it's the very foundation of any comeback.
Listen, Ghost Mode is extremely powerful.
You'll accomplish amazing things without distractions of the outside world.
But I must warn you, going Ghost Mode isn't easy.
You see, in Ghost Mode, you mute the outside noise, and when you do that, you are left with yourself.
You'll be confronted with your dark emotions when you walk this path.
And that's why most people fail to go Ghost Mode.
They can't handle their own darkness, pain, and trauma.
So they quickly distract themselves.
They'll go back to playing video games or scrolling on social media.
But if you really want to make a great comeback, you have to embrace your own darkness.
You have to use your dark emotions as fuel to grind even harder.
The reality is that it's not easy to go ghost mode because it's the final stage of self-improvement.
It's the point where you stop explaining yourself.
You stop seeking validation. You vanish and you get to work in silence.
And that may sound nice, but in that silence you'll face your own demons.
And you won't just face them, you will be tormented by them.
But if you endure, if you keep grinding in silence, you'll come out the other side a man most will never become.
Now, before I show you the four steps to have a successful ghost mode season, you need to know something important.
I’ve been telling people to go ghost mode for sometime now, but almost no one listened. Why?
Because at the time, @Cobratate was rising to fame and everyone got distracted, fanboying over him, leaving NPC comments like, Andrew Tate will be remembered for generations, or sharing his podcast with everyone and their mother.
Meanwhile, only a small group of men stayed locked in.
Now, Tate has faded. And what remains?
The men who went ghost mode and got results, and the ones who got distracted and accomplished nothing.
The reason why I'm bringing this up is because I want you to understand that there will be a new @Cobratate soon enough.
There will always be a new Andrew Tate, a new hype beast, whether in human form or in the form of a video game like GTA 6.
Something will always capture the crowd's attention. But when the hype dies, who's left standing?
The ones who went ghost and stayed focused, while everyone else got mesmerized by the noise.
The men who went silent are the ones who win.
Listen, no matter what hype is going on, even if that hype is a war going on in a foreign country or the President etting shot, you must remain focused.
Because in a world full of distractions, the man who can focus on his goals without the need for attention is unstoppable.
Think about it.
When you have no distractions, it's like you're no-lifing a video game and you are gaining double the XP points.
It doesn't matter if you want to make more money, become smarter, or build an impeccable physique.
With Ghost Mode, it all becomes possible in a relatively short period of time.
You'll transform into a different man while you leave the distracted bums in the dust.
Not because of magic, but because of the concentrated work you do during Ghost Mode.
You see, no matter who you are or how far behind you are in life, if you leave all distractions behind and put in 10,000 hours of work on a skill, you will become a master.
It's a universal law. So instead of fanboying over another mortal's abilities like a worm, you can become the master yourself, if you just put in those 10,000 hours to mastery.
That being said, most guys hear 10,000 hours to mastery as a burden, but they will gladly spend 20,000 hours mastering the art of procrastination.
Everyone is mastering something, whether you know it or not, whether it's useful or not. So choose wisely.
Now, you might be thinking,Bambulu, that all makes perfect sense, but how do I actually go Ghost Mode? Well, it's simple.
You cut out all the noise. You disappear, not just physically, but mentally. You stop posting, stop sharing, and stop explaining yourself.
Instead, you focus every ounce of energy on one thing, your goals.
But I will make it even easier with four simple steps.
1. Awareness.
Identify everything that distracts you from your goal. Social media? Deleted.
Pointless conversations with people who add no value? Ghost them.
All that matters in Ghost Mode is your mission, and you have to be cutthroat.
2. Intention.
Once you've cleared the distractions, it's time to get intentional, because when your intentions are clear, the way forward reveals itself.
Set a clear and ambitious goal, something so big it forces you to evolve.
The intention behind every action you take must be aligned with that goal.
Remember, it's not the work you do, it's the intention behind it that changes everything.
You're not just working for the sake of working. Every move, every step has to be calculated.
This is the difference between aimlessly grinding like a circus monkey and making real progress.
Be intentional with your time, your energy, and your focus.
Cut out anything that doesn't push you closer to that goal.
3. Decision.
Now comes the critical part. Decision.
Once you've cleared the distractions and set your intention, you need to make a decision.
This is where you commit 100%. No half measures, no second guessing.
The problem with most people is they want results, but they never fully decide to go all in.
They dabble. They hesitate. They keep one foot in comfort and wonder why they're not moving forward.
But in Ghost Mode, you don't have that luxury. You make a firm decision. You're either fully in or fully out.
After choosing a goal, making a decision is when you commit 100% to that path, no matter the obstacles.
It's where you burn the boats and decide to pursue that goal relentlessly.
4. Discipline.
In order to maintain Ghost Mode, you need discipline like you've never had before, because it's uncomfortable, especially if you do it longer than a month.
You're going to have days when you don't feel like it, when the weak voice starts whispering that you should take it easy, that you deserve a break. Do not listen.
Shut that down. You have to remain disciplined. Ghost Mode means discomfort.
It means no praise, no recognition, no validation.
The world forgets about you, and that's fine, because while they're distracted, you're transforming.
Now, the hardest battle isn't the silence or lack of praise.
It's the war within. It's the demons you'll face.
Because when you have no vices to run to, no social media, comfortable video games or Netflix, your demons become louder.
I've went Ghost Mode many times in my life, and every time I did, I re-emerged as a new man.
But almost every single time, I had to go through some mental tormenting first, because the second you become bored or tired, your demons will try to take you out.
They may remind you of pain from your past, that you may have buried away through modern distractions.
Your childhood, your parents, your upbringing, those inner demons will torment you.
And the moment you don't have distractions to run away to is the moment flashbacks will hit you. But it's a good thing.
It will make you stronger. When your demons fail to break you, you'll level up. Don't distract yourself when they confront you.
Don't run away. You have to face them alone.
Now, I could go a lot deeper on overcoming your trauma and demons, but that's not what this thread is about.
The point is that when you do what I just said, when you go Ghost Mode, it won't be forever. There will be a day when you reappear.
And when that day comes, when you finally re-emerge, you'll be unrecognizable.
You will have leveled up so far that people won't know how you got there. But that's because they didn't see the grind.
They didn't witness the nights you put in, the sacrifices you made, the relentless focus you maintained while they were chasing the next distraction.
That's the power of Ghost Mode. It catches everyone off guard.
You've been putting in 10,000 hours while they were watching Netflix, partying, or getting lost in the latest trend.
And when you come back, you don't even have to say a word. Your results will speak for themselves. Success isn't loud.
It's silent. And by the time people notice, you're already miles ahead. So, ghost them and vanish.
It's time to master your life.
In case you're lost, feeling empty, confused, frustrated, depressed, suicidal, stuck, messed up etc

Let’s discuss How To Become More Attractive:
Before we jump into the thread, here’s a piece of advice for men, STOP looking like trash.
Many men look sloppy because they simply don't know how to improve their looks.
You will hear them say things like, I'm not a girl or I don't care about my looks.
It is a coping mechanism.
The reality is that every man would choose to look more professional and good if he knew how to do it, especially if it did not cost much time and effort.
Improving your appearance will directly improve how people see and treat you in all realms of life.
If you look like a bum, people will treat you like one.
But if you look like a professional, people will treat you accordingly. Do not misunderstand it.
I am not saying you should obsess over your looks. You are a man and not a little girl.
But there are a few things every man should do to look better and more professional.
In this thread, we will go over a few things that instantly improve your looks.
1. Body Language and Posture
Poor body language will make the most handsome and professional man look ugly. This can make or break you.
It actually doesn't matter how good you look if your posture is terrible.
I want you to think of a handsome and tall man with a good physique and style.
This man looks like a professional yet he has insecure body language.
He sits with his legs as close together as possible to not offend anyone. And he keeps his head down.
When he walks, he has forward head posture and is slouching.
He will look pathetic no matter how much he takes care of his looks.
Now I want you to think of a MMA fighter. It doesn't have to be a famous one.
This guy might have a black eye or even a crooked nose.
His cauliflower ear might be the size of a potato. He might even be a short guy.
However, like almost any fighter, he has strong and confident body language.
No matter how sloppy he looks, he will instantly look more respectable because of this alone.
Now imagine the same fighter not looking sloppy but professional.
This combination of body language and looking handsome will separate him from 90% of men walking the face of this earth.
Some quick and easy tips for strong body language is to stand or sit straight with your shoulders back and your head held up.
Make sure you look people in the eye when you make contact and have a firm handshake.
At the same time, know how to be relaxed and not tense.
This alone will make you appear in control and confident.
There are many more tips I could give you on body language such as your facial expression, body movement, tone of voice and how to use your voice accordingly.
You heard that right.
The tone of your voice and how you use your voice plays a key role in communication and demanding respect.
More threads on improving your body language will be made in the future so make sure you’re following.
My mentor once said, "The real pandemic is the lack of masculine men."
I asked him, "How do I increase my masculine energy?"
He replied:
- Build
- Stop fapping
- Become a leader
- Learn how to fight
- Vigorous exercise
- Aggressive action
I asked him, "How?" He replied:
Before I tell you his response, here is the dark reality, modern feminization has taken over the world by storm, and a fake concept called toxic masculinity has caused more harm than a nuclear weapon.
New data has shown that only 2% of young men actually feel masculine, and suicide is the biggest killer of men under 40.
It is no coincidence. A lack of masculinity directly leads to bad mental health in men. Think about that for a second.
X is full of feminine guys that are experts at debating. All they do is handpick studies to make other people look dumb.
At the same time, one look is all it takes to see these guys are depressed.
Why? No matter how smart a man thinks he is, he is not designed to forsake his own masculinity.
I will tell you how to increase your masculinity, as taught by my mentor. But before I do, I want you to know one thing.
Everything the modern world has told you about masculinity is a lie.
There is no such thing as toxic masculinity, and if you believe there is, you have been fooled.
We will go over a few ways to increase your masculine energy.
1. Build
Men are the builders of the world.
We create things.
This can be anything.
It can be something you create with your bare hands, but it can also be building your physique or a business.
Throughout history, there's only a handful of consistent truths about women nature & here’s a few of them:
Before we go into it, you need to understand this.
To understand women nature & handle them properly, morality is your bane.
You need to unlearn that culture of seeing women from moral lens.
Women are the physically weaker sex.
That is a fact, but that is no reason to underestimate them.
In fact, women can be very dangerous, and countless men had to learn that lesson the hard way.
You see, we all grew up with fairy tales and feminine societal programming, convincing you women are all sweet and innocent creatures you should simp for.
Time to wake up to reality.
Because no matter how good of a man you are, if you don't learn about female nature now, you will probably get destroyed by a woman sooner or later.
We will go over a few truths about women that men learn the hard way.
1. Detest Weakness.
Women tend to have high levels of empathy they feel for others.
But when it comes to men, and weak men to be more specific, most women lack any empathic ability.
In fact, they biologically despise weakness in men.
The modern world has fooled men into believing it's okay to be weak and cry, and that is why most guys make the mistake of being vulnerable and weak around women. Pathetic.
Women have always been attracted to strong, leaderful men, and so they feel no remorse for a fragile man that can't handle his problems, no matter what anyone tells you.
She may pretend to feel for you, but deep down, your weakness disgusts her.
Now, I am not telling you to become a robot.
You are a human, and there will be moments of weakness in your life.
But no good ever came from displaying weakness towards a woman.
All it does is trigger her brain to know you are not a fit leader for her and her offspring.
Instead, learn to control your emotions, and share your problems with your peers and brothers instead of women.
“ How do I reach a caliber where women desires me and men admirers me? ”
He replied:
- Be Decisive
- Have Discipline
- Limit Your Availability
- Choose the Right Sacrifices
- Take Control of Your Mornings
I again asked “ How?”
He replied:
Before we jump into it, here is the dark reality, some men are miserable losers while other men get to live the highest quality of life.
Listen closely. There are no excuses for the losers in life.
We all bleed the same color and we all have the same 24 hours in a day. So what makes the big difference? The answer is habits.
The little things you do each day determine the kind of man you are.
Unfortunately, most of us get programmed with habits and routines without consciously choosing them.
We fall into patterns of behavior that stunt our growth and prevent us from being the man we want to be. You are programmed to work, consume and die like a little flea.
But if you are read this, it is clear you are not average and you are looking to improve yourself.
Here are the things that every man needs in his life to level up financially, physically and mentally
1. Take Control of Your Mornings
Every morning you have two choices, continue dreaming or wake up and chase your dreams.
Most people choose to continue dreaming and when they do wake up, they grab their phone and start watching other people. This is the loser mentality.
After you wake up, I encourage you to devote the first two hours of your day to yourself.
Invest that time in activities that will improve your life.
Things like working out, reading, journaling or working on a side hustle will all help you grow to become the man you want to be.
The morning is the time to work on yourself and your goals.
If you finish the most challenging task early, the rest of the day will feel like a breeze.
Start your morning like a hungry beast that will destroy everything in his way to get closer to his goals.
Has anyone ever told you you look younger than your age?
Some people hit their 20s and already look 40, while others barely seem to age, staying youthful even into their 50s.
I will tell teach you how to Look Younger than Your Age:
Before we jump into it, some people hit their 20s and already look 40, while others barely seem to age, staying youthful even into their 50s.
If someone has ever told you that you look young, it's not just a compliment.
There are hidden reasons behind it, and it's not just genetics or skin care.
It runs deeper. Something deeply rooted in your psychology, your journey through life, and the way you perceive the world.
People who stay youthful often share specific psychological traits, and today I'm going to reveal what they are.
1. Keep Your inner child Alive.
Do you feel like the child inside you is still alive? People who age like cheese have killed their inner child. They've buried the part of themselves that's playful, stays curious, and loves to laugh. You see this a lot in the masculinity space.
Many men in it look older than they actually are, because they try so hard to be rigid, to suppress their inner child, to be serious 24-7. Do not misunderstand it. I'm not telling you to stay a little boy.
You must become a man. You must know when to be serious, resilient, and stoic. You must master your emotions.
You must even have the capacity to be ruthless and grind like a workhorse. But that is no reason to kill your inner child. I am the only one in the masculinity space who will tell you this.
But do what you need to do to become the man. Then go back and reconnect with your inner child.
Because if you forsake the playful, creative, and curious side of you, you'll start aging like a 50-year-old accountant who hasn't smiled since 2003.
Your face will harden. Your energy will fade. And life will lose its color.
That's why some grandpas are old, grumpy, and lifeless, while others still have a spark in their eyes, a laugh that's contagious, and a presence that draws people in.
The difference? One killed his inner child. The other kept him alive.
Most of the masculinity guys you see online? They're so stiff and rigid that they'll end up aging like the grumpy old man. But you don't have to. Master yourself.
Handle your business. Then go back and find the part of you that still knows how to enjoy life. That's how you stay youthful.
