Yep, >5 hours moderate physical activity ("walking, leisurely cycling, golfing, gardening") per week increased fertility for women. So, women just need to gtfo the gym and do a little bit of yoga or something. Lifting is the worst thing they can do.

Study 1: Up to 69% of lean athletic women don't have periods, 16-47% of elite female athletes have clinical eating disorders.
Study 2: 47.2% of female gym users had appearance anxiety and were at risk of body dysmorphic disorder.

Just be normal, stupid foids. Don't stuff your faces, don't troon out in the gym. Eat healthy, walk a lot, and do yoga or some other form of stretching. That's basically all you need to do to be healthy as a woman. "Fitness" industry freaks just want to sell their supplements.
