I'm 57.

I wish someone had told me this sooner:

Nobody is coming to save you.

Your future is 100% your responsibility.

Here's 7 other harsh truths you have to confront (if you want to be successful): Image
1) Become more of a producer than a consumer.

If you're consuming more than you're producing, you’ll end up robbed of your time and attention. Image
2) Watch what other people are doing and do the opposite.

If you do what everyone else does, then you’re going to get the same results.

Reject the idea of being normal! Image
3) Work smart, not hard.

Working smart and building a business has never been easier with modern technology like AI.

If you're not using it, you'll quickly fall behind.
4) The quality of your questions will shape your future success.

If your messages starts with “Hi, I know you’re busy, but can I ask a question?” you’ve already missed your chance.

Similarly, a simple “Hi, can we have a chat?” won’t get you far. Image
5) Always pay off your credit card in full

If you don’t pay off your credit card in full each month, you’re just wasting money and hurting your credit score.

Be smart about it. Make paying it off a habit, and it’ll stick with you for life.
6) Start saving for retirement now.

When people say investing is a waste of time, they're not seeing the bigger picture.

Of course, it’s important to make money quickly, but it’s equally important to let some of it grow passively for your retirement. Image
7) Never buy an investment without researching it first.

I’ve seen so many people lose money on poor investments, and usually it’s because they didn’t take the time to look into it.

If someone is pressuring you to invest, that’s often a red flag! Image

I'm a millionaire.

If I wanted to get rich on a 9-5 salary, I'd do this:
There are two financial levers you can control:

Income and Expenses.

It doesn’t matter what salary you’re on, you just need to control these levers so you can create positive cash flow. Image
First, your expenses.

Even if you're on a low salary, you can follow the same rule the 1% use to manage their money:

The 25/50/10 Rule:
25% → Growth
50% → Essentials
15% → Stability
10% → Rewards Image

I'm 58.

I have 7 streams of income which make me $100,000+ per week.

Sadly, 99% of people only have 1.

So here's my 7 income streams and how you can start each one today:

1. eBay store Image
I buy stock from failing stores for cheap and then resell them on eBay.

You can start small:
- Go to garage sales.
- Buy goods for cheap.
- Flip them on eBay.

Then you can reinvest your profits and resell a business’s entire stock!
2. Personal Brand

You can get rich, help others and make yourself famous through a personal brand!

Start by choosing a niche and share valuable content on social media. Image

If you're in your 20's, please read this:
1. Work on your willpower. You'll never reach your full potential if you can't focus for long periods of time.

2. Producers > Consumers. Put more content out then you consume, or you'll be robbed of your time and attention.
3. Be nice to everyone on the come up. You never know where they might end up!

4. Watch what most people are doing and do the opposite. If you do what everyone else does, you'll get the same results. So, be different!

I'm 58.

If you run a side hustle or business, please read this:
1. Give yourself permission to make more mistakes. Most of my successes have come from my failures.

2. Don't overlook the small, crucial steps that lead to success.
3. Don't do everything yourself. You’ll never beat a group of talented people working together.

4. Avoid too many inputs. Limit the opinions you receive and prioritise quality over quantity.
