🧵 Thread: The Silent Shackling of Hindu Dharma; Decoding Article 25 & 26 of the Constitution

They told us Bharat is a secular nation.
They promised equal rights for all religions.
But buried deep in the Constitution lies a cold betrayal, one that shackles only the ancient faiths of this land.
Let’s uncover the legal injustice. 👇
#FreeTemplesImage
2/ Article 25(1) says:
“All persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice and propagate religion.”
Sounds noble, right?
Wait till you read the fine print.
3/ Now comes the trapdoor:
Article 25(2) allows the state to:
(a) regulate or restrict any secular activity associated with religion
(b) enact laws for social welfare and reform,
But here’s the kicker ⬇️ Image
4/ Clause 2(b) specifically mentions:
"Throwing open of Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of Hindus."

👉 Not Muslims.
👉 Not Christians.
👉 Only Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and Buddhists.

Why this selective targeting?
5/ This means temples can be taken over, priests can be appointed by bureaucrats, funds can be diverted,
All in the name of reform.
But no such intrusion happens with mosques or churches.
This isn't reform.
This is religious apartheid written into law.
6/ ✝️ Churches manage their own affairs.
☪️ Mosques are run by their Wakf boards, fully autonomous.
🛕 But Hindu temples?
Hijacked by the state. Their revenue? Used for anything but Dharma.
Temples fund schools, hospitals, even salaries of minorities, except their own survival. Image
7/ Now let’s decode Article 26;
This article promises the right of every religious denomination to:
(a) Establish & maintain religious institutions
(b) Manage its own affairs in matters of religion
(c) Own and acquire property
(d) Administer such property
Sounds powerful?
8/ It is; but only for those the state allows to be free.
Churches & mosques enjoy full liberty under Article 26.
But Hindu institutions?
They’re often denied these rights under the excuse of "public interest" and "secular governance".
9/ Ask yourself:
Why are Hindu religious institutions managed by government departments?
Why are temple earnings diverted to secular causes?
Why are ancient mathas and peethams subjected to audits while others aren’t?
10/ This isn’t accidental.
This is a systematic legal bias; enshrined under the garb of reform, weaponized only against Hindu Dharma.
And it didn’t happen overnight.
It was enabled by post-1950 Nehruvian secularism, where appeasement of minorities came at the cost of Hindus.
11/ Temples aren’t just buildings.
They are living centers of culture, knowledge, service, and community.
Yet the state reduced them to mere revenue sources and tourist attractions.
Is this how Dharma should be treated in its own land?
12/ It’s time to ask:
Who authored this legal apartheid?
Why did they fear an independent Hindu civilizational identity?
Who benefits from keeping Hindus disempowered and their temples under siege?
13/ Until Article 25(2)(b) and the misuse of Article 26 are addressed,
Until temples are returned to Hindu hands,
Until this legal discrimination ends,
There can be no true secularism. Only a lopsided, state-sponsored deceit.
14/ Let’s be clear:

This isn’t about privilege.
It’s about equality.
It’s about Dharma reclaiming its rightful space, free from bureaucratic chains and state interference.
Hindu Dharma deserves sovereignty in its own land. 🇮🇳

🧵 THREAD: The Red Sari
"Rajiv ko toh pyaar ho gaya. Par Sonia ko kya mila? Hindustan."
This is the explosive thread Congress tried to ban, based on The Red Sari, the banned biography of Sonia Gandhi, originally El Sari Rojo by Javier Moro.
Get popcorn,And get ready.
This thread is gossip, grief, power, politics and a red-hot sari. 🍷👇Image
2/ Scene: 1965, It began in a bar near Cambridge.
A young Italian girl; Edvige Antonia Albina Maino, working as a waitress.
She wore short skirts, laughed freely, and loved opera.
Enter: Rajiv Gandhi, future PM, heir to the Nehru dynasty.
She wasn’t from Oxford. She was from Orbassano.
Not from royal lineage, but a mechanic’s daughter.

Rajiv? Pyaar mein full fida.
Sonia?
A love story or a calculated moment?
Maino knew what she was doing.Image
3/ Moro’s book reveals their love affair with sensual detail:

“Rajiv watched her as the summer heat made her skin glisten… they shared beds, books, and secrets.”

Yes, they lived together before marriage,
A scandal even now, forget the 1960s.
But here’s the twist: She didn’t want India. Rajiv gave it anyway.Image

The Dirty Secrets of the Dynasty; M.O. Mathai and "SHE"- The Chapter They Erased. This Chapter Was Too Hot For Print: Iron Lady’s Scandalous Affair With Chicha Lehru’s Secretary...Image
2/ M.O. Mathai. The man who served as Nehru’s shadow from 1946 to 1959. The gatekeeper of secrets. The confidante of India’s first PM. But there was one secret too explosive, so scandalous that it was scrubbed out from his book. That chapter was titled "SHE." Image
3/ Mathai penned Reminiscences of the Nehru Age, a memoir that stripped the veneer off the Nehru-Gandhi parivaar.
He wrote it all:
Nehru’s romantic escapades

Political betrayals

The truth behind Indira Gandhi’s private life...
And most of all, his own torrid affair with her. Image

🧵Thread- When Justice Is Illegal: How Hindu Temples Are Locked by Secular Hypocrisy

How can a 1500-year-old Hindu temple exist on "Islamic land"… when Islam itself is only 1300 (approx) years old?

Bharat isn’t suffering from a secular crisis. It’s trapped in an absurdity.
Let’s talk about the real oppression.
👇Image
2/ Places of Worship Act (1991); the single most draconian law against Hindus.

It freezes all religious sites as they were in 1947.
If a temple was demolished & a mosque was built over it, you CANNOT seek justice.
Not even go to court.

Justice? Illegal.
Humiliation? Legal. Image
3/ In Mathura, Krishna’s idol was removed and dumped under the mosque stairs, so that namazis could walk over it.

And yet, courts say:
“No, you may not ask for restoration. Too much time has passed.”
Imagine this happening to any other faith. Image

🧵 THREAD: What if I told you 2 trains in Bharat were stopped… and every Hindu was shot dead?

Welcome to the Massacre of 1991.

Let’s remember what they want us to forget. 👇Image
2/ June 15, 1991. 9:35 PM, A train slows near Baddowal, Ludhiana.
Inside: families, students, old men, children, heading home.
Outside: Khalistani terrorists, armed to the teeth, waiting in the shadows. And then…
The massacre begins. Image
3/ The train didn’t break down. It was sabotaged.
Terrorists hotwired the signal system to stop it.
Then, like demons in the dark, they stormed in with Automatic rifles. AK-47s.
And one deadly question:
“Are you Hindu?” Image

Thread: The Story of a Betrayal So Deep, It Still Echoes in Ladakh -
A story buried by Leftist historians and ignored by mainstream narratives. This is not just a diplomatic blunder. This was civilizational betrayal.Image
2/ In 1950, the newly-formed People’s Republic of China invaded Tibet. Tibet was an independent nation for all practical purposes:
Own currency
Own flag
Conducted foreign relations
British India had treaties with it
Controlled borders and army
Yet Bharat did nothing. Image
3/ China's PLA entered eastern Tibet in October 1950. The Tibetan army resisted with traditional weapons against modern guns. Within days, China seized Chamdo. Tibet sent appeals to the UN, to India, to the world. Only one country responded.
Guess who? El Salvador.

Israel Strikes. Hindus Cheer.
We admire Israel’s spine...
But Do We Have One?

A Thread on why Sanatanis need to learn Shatru Bodh 🧵👇 Image
2/ Today, Israel struck deep into Iran, destroyed military bases, killed 20+ top officers, and crippled nuclear facilities.
This wasn’t just an airstrike.
It was a civilizational statement:
“If you threaten our existence, we will erase yours.” Image
3/ And us?
We post “Solidarity with Israel,”
add the Tiranga beside the Star of David,
and pretend we too belong to the league of victors.
But do we deserve that place?
