Discussing this thread again. It is actually extremely common for women to not feel like sex because *she* doesn't feel sexy. Women do not understand this is an "I don't love you" signal to their spouse- learning to not be self conscious about sex is a valuable skill
Men, especially good Christian men, tend to be ASHAMED of the predatory nature of their sex drive. It is in fact the acceptance of the man's nature that gives the man the highest validation, meeting such a man's shame with shamelessness. This is experienced directly as medicine.
"Good sex" for men almost entirely revolves around the woman "getting into it". Men marry hoping to get enthusiasm. If you go home to your wife and she's always judging you or herself the you really don't have any refuge, do you.

The male sex drive operates on novelty. Male mice have significantly reduced refractory period when given new partners, and when men's testosterone is higher they are able to do more- bench press more weight, for example, with a cute girl. Wives can harness this through dress
--or lack of dress, for example, or other various sexual signals. The male sex drive is *tightly* correlated with a man's self esteem, and a wife who does not "feed" her husband will find him with hunched shoulders acting like a slave, trying not to get noticed or hit.
This is just the way men are, sex is #1. Probably frustrating to women with less-compatible libidos against their husbands but you aren't going to find a better lever, you're not going to get your husband out of a depression by getting a job and spreadsheeting for your new boss

I joined for like 2 seconds and they were talking about "war brides" but the reason whites built these civilizations is because they don't /do/ that kind of thing
People really think they could build notre dame while being maximally selfish and uncooperative somehow
You know who took "war brides"? Native Americans. You had to rape another tribe's woman to become a man. Yet their civilization died because they couldn't be bothered to invent washing their hands

In some instances genetics does play a role in predisposing (twin studies) but pornography exposure clearly counts as molestation (avg age of first exposure is 8)

For majority of cases (now) its a culture-enforced fetish identity which is why its like 100% comorbid with furries
Male sex drive feeds heavily on novelty and pornography disposes towards escalation via reinforcement loops (coupled with masturbation hormone release)

it won't hit everyone who views porn, there's as many genres as the wind, but everyone who views gets locked in to something
It is very, very difficult to unwire sexuality especially after years of imprinting via orgasm

This gives many the impression they are born this way, when in fact they were merely predisposed, similar to alcoholism genes

They weren't born furries either- we exist in context.

Reading the didache, which some Orthodox use to prove their church is "very old". On first glance pretty basic stuff other than sprinkling baptism and contradicting Paul on eating meats. But the thing that strikes me is how it reads very similarly to gnostic texts
When you speak to someone with wisdom its obvious pretty fast, and when you speak to someone trying to act wise then their words take on a very different character- and early gnostic texts such as the Phillip and Thomas gospels are incredible case studies on this type of writing
There are two paths for tryhard wisdom writing- one is to say wildly contradictory things with no explanation, and the other is to give very simple instructions with an air of majeste- this is essentially the tactic of manosphere grifters and the didache reads this way

This is the most common type of text missionaries get. "all this stuff is weird and sounds like work I'm just going to believe in Jesus" Well no problem dude Jesus said no man putting his hand to the plow looking back is fit for the kingdom of God so yeah maybe this isn't for you Image
You want to revel in Jesus Christ but not serve him? That's extremely insulting. He died for you. "Give up everything. Sell all you have. If you seek to lose your life you will save it" "uhh that sounds like another gospel I'm just going to focus on how much Jesus loves me"
This church is for guys that want all Christ offers, not just a slice. There's a billion religions out there for people who want just a slice. Many understand Christianity exclusively through Paul, because there's no WAY you arrive at this mindset focusing on the red text.
