1) Burbank’s “Individual Transition Plan” lets students pick new pronouns, access sex-protected spaces like bathrooms, and signal gender changes while giving ways to block their own parents from knowing. The school’s form even notes the parent’s signature is OPTIONAL!
2) Their “Gender Support Plan" asks if parents know the child's status, rates the parent’s support, and identifies a “safe adult” at school. The form devises a plan on how to handle school communication with parents while avoiding letting them know about the student’s struggles.
3) Parents have ALL the rights to be involved in their child’s education under the 14th Amendment.
