The backstory: On January 27, 2021—just a few days after taking office—the Biden DOJ charged Mackey with conspiracy to “injure, oppress, threaten and intimidate persons in the free exercise and enjoyment of...the right to vote.”

While the district court refused to throw out the case, the Second Circuit has thankfully determined that the DOJ never presented sufficient evidence of a "conspiracy" required for conviction. Image
It’s important that this decade-long witch hunt has ended. Congratulations to @DougMackeyCase for a long-overdue vindication.

But there are still unanswered questions that the current DOJ must look into.
This was clearly a political prosecution—one of many example of the Biden DOJ weaponizing the criminal justice system.

The Biden Administration built the most draconian, chilling censorship machine in U.S. history. I saw it firsthand as AG of Missouri:
These people need to answer for what they did.

The DOJ should investigate who in the Department was responsible for bringing and prosecuting this case and take whatever action is necessary to ensure a miscarriage of justice like this does not happen again.

Louisiana v. Callais is a redistricting earthquake:

• Each district drawn that used race is now unconstitutional.
• Section 2 can be used to challenge majority-minority districts.
• Disparate impact theory is unconstitutional.

The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was enacted to ban racial discrimination in voting.

Rather than enforce that discrimination ban, the Supreme Court greenlight the Left's twisting of the VRA into a mandate to create every possible racially gerrymandered “majority-minority” district.
The engine was Thornburg v. Gingles (1986).

Activists used Gingles to argue that if a majority-minority district could be drawn, and voting patterns were racially polarized, Section 2 effectively required the state to draw it.

The result was racial mapmaking by lawsuit.

American workers are being sidelined by legal immigration.

@LayoffAI just released the data: 6.9 MILLION H-1B Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) from FY2015–FY2025.

Each red dot = an American worker passed over. This must be fixed.
India accounts for ~72–75% of these filings. Top counties flooded:

Santa Clara, CA: 444,717
New York, NY: 330,819
King County, WA: 276,649

Tech hubs aren’t “short on talent.” They’re short on Americans willing to work for outsourced and deflated wages.
Meanwhile, Big Tech files for tens of thousands of H1-Bs while laying off American workers by the thousands.

The “cap” is theater.
